Excellent location and servers.
I had my usual, spaghetti and meatballs.
Wifey tried and liked the ravioli.
We took home 2 meals to go which are always handy for a meal when we don’t have a plan. Into the freezer.

Mackenzie at this location is AMAZING. Prompt greeting, got drinks out, cleared the table literally NOTICEABLY FAST as we finished our bowls. Amazing. She was patient with our cheese expectations, lol, and my cup was never empty. Very sweet and very good service. I felt like we were her only table but she was working the entire section. Amazing amazing amazing. Managers please respond and let her know that she was a STAR server in our book.

Not a great experience late this afternoon. Our family went to this OG expecting the usual great service we have had before. Our previous visits have been outstanding! Where do I start.
First I was told I could not get soup with my meal of $11. If I wanted a soup I had to order all you can eat salad, soup and bread sticks. I asked if fried ravioli came in a meal and the server said no but you can get cheese ravioli overcooked and they can make the pasta crunchy. Well, I appreciate the suggestions but crunchy pasta that isn’t breaded is definitely not my thing.
Breadsticks came hard as a rock, seemed to not be very fresh. Our meal come out mixed up. One of my kids had their side of spag come on the other child’s plate with sauce when we ordered no sauce. The other child’s plate has cold hard fettuccine. The side of grapes we’re not edible The fried ravioli came looking great and was hot on the outside but cold in the center.
I asked for a manager and a man came to my table. I expressed that we love that location and have not had a problem there but tonight is def off. I explained all the things contributing to my dissatisfaction. He said “ok I will talk to the server and you are free to leave the restaurant” I’m sorry but this experience was poor all the way around. The manager had an opportunity to bring us back and apologize, he def failed this evening. He lacked accountability, sincerity and did not appear to be solution minded. The bathroom needed some attention. Paper towel machines were broke and there was a paper towel roll sitting in a puddle of water on the counter.
I will end with 2 positive points. 1. our server was very nice and 2 the salad was very good.
Edit*** I did reach out to upper management and my concerns were handled respectfully, with full accountability, very fairly and appropriately. We will go back and try again another time. I hope to come back and give an amazing review. I would like to add again that all of our previous visits have been wonderful.

Big enough to seat ten at one table with great service and tasty Italian food. Slight wait but we didn’t call ahead.
Service was friendly and good.
The food and wine were very good. They have a wide variety from all you can eat salad and bread sticks (comes with any entree also) to many excellent Italian meals. I’ve never had a bad meal at Olive Garden.

We ate here on a Saturday evening, with a party of 6. We had checked in and told the wait wouldn’t be long, but then there was a mix up and we were taken off the list by accident. Our server, Alexis, immediately said to just add a table to her already full section, and she seated us right then. The hostess felt bad, but things happen! No big deal.
Our food and service were excellent from start to finish. Our food came out quickly and everything was delicious! The steak gorgonzola alfredo was [chef’s kiss] It was our son’s birthday, and they made sure to let him pick a dessert as well.
Overall, I was highly impressed and we will definitely be back!

I visited this establishment earlier tonight with a friend and had an uncomfortable experience while dining. During our meal, an employee loudly reprimanded a younger coworker in front of customers over an issue involving change. The interaction drew attention from the surrounding tables and created a tense atmosphere in the dining area.
While workplace challenges happen, addressing concerns privately and respectfully would help maintain a more professional and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. I felt sympathy for the employee involved and hope management encourages constructive communication moving forward.

The food was great and my server Marcus was outstanding! There was a girl running food although who walked by my family’s table very aggressively. She was cussing and visibly frustrated. It ruined the delightful atmosphere. I tried to get her to get her manager and she either didn’t hear me or simply ignored me. I think I heard someone call her Oliver or maybe Olivia. Other than that it was a great meal and a nice dinner with my family.

The food served was cold and the new waitresses didn’t seem to hear/understand us clearly. We got the soup and salad, but the soups were served cold and weirdly under-seasoned. We clearly asked for “no croutons” but they were still added and were burnt! There were more onions in the salad than lettuce, too! A weird dining experience.

Wes was one of the best servers I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Since the service was so top notch, I’ve decided to add this location in my weekly rotation. My meal was very good. This location has always been one of the best. Its the service that sealed it for me.
