This is one of those top tier olive gardens that actually give great service and wonderful food. Our server Christina was nothing short but of the upmost excellence, she represents this location very well and here service is literally to die for. Met all of me and my wife expectations and even exceeded them. Coming from two previous servers at upscale restaurants she did her job with class. All of the employees are very nice and inviting. And the food was excellent the chef really paid attention to detail. Me and my wife are vegetarian and we requested special modifications and they did a very good job of making all our requests exceptional. Overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Originally I rated this restaurant a full five stars but after I returned a year later, I had to drop it to four stars. There were a long hair on our food and it took a long time before our sever to come back. We were never offer if we wanted more salad, bread sticks, nor drinks refilled. Needless to say there’s room for improvements. We still included gratuity in our bills. I hope to raise it back up the next experience I will have.

I had lunch on Monday and had the best employee ever as our waitress. Ms. Denise was so awesome, attentive and so friendly! The fellow staff members were also noticeably friendly, helpful and super professional in the restaurant. Thank you staff at this Olive Garden restaurant. I will see you soon again! ♥️

We have always loved coming here, but the last visit was amazing! Annie took amazing care of us and was great to chat with when she brought us our food/ refills, etc. We went out to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday and we don’t get many date nights so we really appreciate them when we do get out! The food was amazing and so was the service! We definitely plan on coming back for more!

Definitely wasn’t a pleasant smell when walking in. Not sure if there was an issue with the bathrooms but had sewage smell. Didn’t notice as much from the dining area. Service was ok. Salad lacked dressing and the bread sticks seemed a bit old but the main courses were fine.

Olive Garden in The Woodlands exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and we were promptly seated thanks to their fast service. Our waiter went above and beyond, making our little one feel extra special with a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday” and a thoughtful birthday gift. Even the manager took the time to wish our daughter well. The Tour of Italy is a must-try dish, and the Shrimp Alfredo, Mango Margarita, and Peach Teas were consistently delightful. A truly magnificent experience filled with warmth and excellent flavors!

This review is specifically for Madilyne.
I’m not sure if this was a lack of training or just a bad day, but the service was unacceptable. We waited over 15 minutes without a check-in while trying to ask for a second refill of soup. When we finally did ask, we were met with attitude, despite the fact that we were being patient and even assumed the kitchen might be busy. After that, other servers ended up attending to our table instead. When Madilyne did come back to ask for additional soup refills, it was with attitude each time.
This wasn’t just poor service, it was downright rude.
On a positive note, Vincent, G, and Karen were amazing!

This olive garden was busy but not too crowded with great service from the seating staff and waiters. While the food tasted a little dull compared to the last time I was there, its was still soft and warm. However their kids pizza is honestly not worth the price, as it was too hot for the children and gave them stomach aches on the way home. Great service, okayish food.
