This is a excellent Taco Bell location in Martinsville . I really enjoy the liberty street Taco Bell , they are very friendly and welcoming . They make sure you are greeted as soon as you walk in . The food is made well and tastes better than the other Taco Bell’s I’ve visited . It’s much better than the Rocky Mount location or any of the ones in Roanoke . The last 3 visits I’ve had to the liberty street location were flawless . The nachos bell grande was the best I’ve had at any Taco bell. Thank you !

When you literally work under the same branch for the same company!
We literally go to this location quite often for our family (we have a large family)
Often times I spend in excess of $100 in a visit!
Multiple times we have had missing items or messed up food. But never have I made it an issue I’ve called and been honest and let them know the issue.
Tonight yet again I stopped to grab something to eat and ordered 3 soft supreme tacos for $2.79 each with no lettuce and no cheese and literally got just meat!
I called to let them know and have it fixed to be told they won’t remake them because they have had to remake food before under our name!
When I pay for food I expect it to be what I paid for!
To be cheated out of money to me is an issue!
I don’t mind a mistake but for your store to take money and refuse to fix an issue your employees caused is a problem!
I will be contacting the area coach! Who we know personally!
Below I will attach multiple photos of orders we have placed!
If your store can’t handle a large order just say that!
Mind you the order tonight was $31.05 ……
Looks like Taco Bell won’t be our go to anymore!
If you want to hand away $hundreds of $$$$
That our family spends at this location because we appreciate the service we typically get!

As far as I am concerned, this is a great Taco Bell. Extremely spacious, and very clean. The staff here are wonderful from my experiences here, and I often don’t leave a restaurant feeling so content. Both Taco Bells in this area are the cream of the crop. You can’t miss with either one!
Highly recommend coming here, especially for the value side of things.

I have had a way better experience at this Taco Bell compared to the other one down the road. This one took cash no problem, was very nice, and made sure everything was in the bag.
Lol the other location tried to make me pay card because the cashier didn’t want to go get more cash ♀️ tried to lie and say they don’t take cash – I insisted and said I left my wallet in the car and then they magically took cash again.

Great location easy to get in and out of. Pleasant gentleman named Ashlan C has a great attitude and is an model employee. Seems their five dollar box is six dollars at this location

Upon arrival we found the parking lot to be almost at capacity. We were sure we would walk into a full restaurant. However, when we went in there were only three tables taken and no one in line. So we’re not sure why so many cars were taking up practically all of the parking spaces.
We placed our order for three adults. Two out of those three meals were correct. My husband’s meal was incorrectly prepared but rather than taking the order back to the counter for correction he opted to eat it anyway and in all honesty, he didn’t enjoy his burritos at all.
The food was prepared in a timely manner but with errors.
The restaurant was clean and void of loud music which we appreciated.
We probably won’t visit this location again because of the lack of attention to our order.
