Loved it! Heard about the building being a replica of Munic and it was close. The enclosed bier garden was a surprise and small. The music was good, the food delicious, and at least one person spoke German. Worth the visit for a memory of Germany. Bier was fantastic!

Hubby and I flew to Las Vegas for a romantic weekend.

We arrived early so there was no wait. The hostess sat us quickly and our server greeted us promptly.

Everything from the appetizers to the dessert were delicious!! Our server kept our mugs filled and was a wealth of knowledge in regards to the food.

Towards the end of our meal, an accordian musician appeared and kept the atmosphere lively.

Hofbräuhaus in Las Vegas is far more than just a restaurant; it is a full-scale, highly entertaining cultural experience that delivers on its promise of authentic Bavarian celebration. It easily earns a 5-star rating for its exceptional atmosphere, quality food, and overall value as an evening out.

The atmosphere is the main event. Stepping inside immediately transports you to Munich, complete with long communal tables, traditional décor, and live music that encourages singing, dancing, and general merriment. The energy is infectious, making it an ideal place for groups or anyone looking for a lively, festive meal.

The food and drink menu adheres faithfully to German tradition. The liters of Hofbräu beer are perfectly crisp and served ice-cold. We found the dishes, such as the various sausages and the giant pretzels, to be hearty, well-prepared, and genuinely authentic. This isn’t gourmet dining, but it is excellent, high-quality German comfort food executed perfectly.

The service, while managing a massive and often rowdy crowd, is remarkably efficient and friendly. The servers are part of the show, dressed in traditional attire and keeping the large steins filled without fail.

For an evening of fun, high-energy dining, and reliable German cuisine, Hofbräuhaus is an absolute must-visit in Las Vegas.

Starting with the food, the food is really quite tasty. The Schnitzel was tender and well seasoned and the sauce was on point. The chicken was boring and somewhat dry but okay. The potato pancakes are absolutely terrible and I would not recommend them for a dog. The sausages were tasty save for the chicken sausage, terrible texture and awful taste. The red cabbage was easily one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The schnitzel served as “fingers” on the sampler platter was an interesting twist albeit not my favorite way to eat it. Dessert was delicious.

Service here is mediocre at best. It started with me walking up the host stand while they were arguing about something while I stood there awkwardly. Table service was slow and unresponsive. Drink refills were like unicorns, often talked about but seldom seen. The servers were more occupied with providing wooden paddle spankings than serving patrons.

Live music was a nice touch although the hard surfaces make the environment very loud and exceptionally difficult to hold a conversation. Seating is harsh and uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out of with how tightly they pack the benches in there.

Overall the food is expensive, frankly overpriced. The ambience is entertaining for a short while until the overall volume of the restaurant becomes overwhelming. Having been twice I can say I would not likely return. I can imagine of you’re drunk or planning on becoming such, this might be an interesting venue.

A Rousing Oktoberfest at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas — Authentic Brews, Hearty Fare, Unforgettable Atmosphere

Attending Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas for Oktoberfest felt like stepping into an exuberant, well-executed celebration of Bavarian conviviality. From the moment we arrived the room hummed with good-natured energy — communal tables, clinking steins, and a palpable sense of occasion — and the food and beer lived up to the promise.

I started with their signature 1-liter Oktoberfest bier, and it was the evening’s highlight. Special Bavarian hops and malt variations are clearly the artful foundation here: the beer presents a full-bodied malt backbone with a toasty, biscuity sweetness that is perfectly balanced by fresh, subtly fruity hop notes. The interplay between toasted malt and bright hop character delivers the classic “taste of Oktoberfest” — round, drinkable, and dangerously moreish; it’s the kind of lager that invites another pour before you’ve finished the first.

For food I ordered the Riesenbratwurst served with sauerkraut and horseradish. The sausage was satisfyingly substantial — coarse-textured and well-seasoned — with a caramelized casing that yielded savory juices as I sliced through it. The sauerkraut provided a clean, vinous acidity that cut through the richness, while the horseradish added a sharp, peppery lift that kept each bite focused and never cloying.

My friends’ dishes were equally impressive. The Kartoffelpuffer (potato pancakes) arrived crisp and golden-brown, their exterior delivering an audible crunch while the interior remained tender; paired with smoked salmon, the smoky, briny silk of the fish made for an elegant, modern counterpoint to the rustic pancake. The Schnitzelsemmel — a breaded chicken sandwich — showcased a chicken breast fried to a delicate golden brown and presented on a sturdy kaiser roll: simple, honest, and exactly what a Bavarian sandwich should be, with a gratifying contrast between crisp crust and succulent meat.

Service was attentive without being intrusive, and though the evening was lively (as Oktoberfest should be), plates arrived promptly and orders were handled with good humor. If you’re seeking a festive, well-curated Oktoberfest experience in Las Vegas — one that pairs authentic, thoughtfully brewed beer with hearty, expertly executed Bavarian fare — Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is well worth a visit. Prost!

We stopped at Hofbrahaus for lunch and now I want to go back for dinner to experience the music and the place more crowded. We arrived during the week as they were opening. The service and food was delicious. We had the pretzel and the sausage platter which was more than the two of us could eat. It was all delicious. We did experience a group of guys celebrating a bachelor party, they ordered some shot which also came with a slap on the butt with a paddle by the waitress. Ouch! I can only imagine the atmosphere with a band and full restaurant! Recommend to all who love german food.

Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the closest you’ll get to a real Bavarian beer hall outside Munich! Had the 2.0L boot of HB Hefe Weizen (refreshing and smooth), plus tried the Original, Dunkel, and Maibock – all fantastic.

Food was just as impressive: the crispy pork shank was perfectly done, currywurst hit the spot, and the jumbo pretzel is a must. Ended with cheesecake and apple strudel – both authentic and delicious.

Great beer, hearty food, and an atmosphere that feels like Oktoberfest year-round. Highly recommend!

While I wish there were a happy hour, this off strip venue recently celebrated its 20th anniversary and is a fine place for a convivial environment and good food. I was surprised and happy to see the variety of vegetarian and vegan offerings. Excellent service!

We had expectations that would definitely not in line to what the publishing good authentic food. The food that I got had a very thick sauce. The meat was chewy and they really had nothing to do with schweine braten Normally, you would have a little bit of a crust of the skin on the meat, but unfortunately, He gave me the impression that everything was microwaved Even the pretzels were soft, Which I’m sure HB knows isn’t standard issue in Germany so my recommendation is that if you’re representing a company that comes from Germany and use genuine or authentic foods, but you provide microwaved foods rethink the concept – And when you come to music One of the managers needs to go to Munich and look at it from the perspective of what they are playing and not have some made up music that entertains locals, and the worst part of it was when we started hearing people screaming, and the personnel were hitting their Back size which in the 28 years of working and living in Germany, I’ve never seen once – That could be considered also grievous bodily harm without the owner consent or signature

Shocking example of badly representing Germany

Such a great experience. Food was legit, the band was fun, and service was helpful and friendly. Been to Munich before and this place upholds the brand very well.
Highly recommend getting off the strip and checking this place out!
