Everything is delicious. The Aguachiles are fire and literally in the sense of spicy. The taquitos dorados were also good and the salsas made them even better.
My recommendation and if you look at the previous comments for the Quesabirrias that go with the asada fries, to offer Consume. Otherwise that can be good but dry.
To the owner, pay attention to the comments.

We got there a little after they opened and a good amount of people came in. But the 2 ladies running it handled business. We got a little bit of everything in a timely manner and all of it was good. Hand made tortillas with the chicken plus a michelada?? We’ll definitely stop by again when we’re in the area. Price and quantity were very reasonable.

Went here on July 4th at about 2:30PM. I ordered an 8pc chicken meal with two large sides. I also ordered the Oreo churros. Everything was beyond delicious. It was about $35 total (including tip). The chile or salsa they gave us was terrific. It had a lot of flavor and was super spicy. The chicken also had really good flavor. Would go here again. The inside was nice and clean and the menu was easy to read.

Dicen que son parientes de los tacos Chukis de Seattle. Se los creó. It’s worth making a pit stop here. This place is delicious on so many different levels. The chicken is served full or by the piece. Very juicy with a great seasoning. You can’t best the price either great value. Best of all the staff is all super friendly and very helpful. A+. Enjoy this new little treasure in Grandview.

Food was the best Seriously can’t say enough about how delicious everything was!!! The customer service was outstanding as well! It was my husband’s birthday, and he brought out free churros on top of that and those were delicious. I unfortunately didn’t get a picture but to die for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Probably the best Mexican food I’ve had in the US, and I’m a taco junkie. The birria tacos are the best! The rice is amazing and super flavorful. The beans were perfect. Medium size portions were perfect for my wife and I to share. Street parking was plentiful and free right in front.

Javi’s Chicken and Churros review:
First time trying today! So of course I had to try a bit of everything.
1. Carnitas and asada tacos: DELISH! So much carne on the tacos and the tortillas were cooked perfectly! The salsa was too spicy for me, but the guacamole was really good… and I usually do NOT like guacamole!
2. Sides: rice, beans, Mac salad. All GREAT! I’m super picky about macaroni salad and theirs is so good! I like having the whole beans instead of refried beans and the rice was nice and fluffy.
3. Churros: I got with chocolate and caramel sauce. I want that caramel sauce on EVERYTHING! It’s SO good! the chocolate wasn’t my favorite. The churros themselves are cooked perfectly and so delicious.
4. Ordering and Pickup: GREAT! The server was super nice and food was ready within 15 minutes of me calling even though they were slammed!
The only thing I didn’t get to try today was the drinks and chicken.
Overall it was AMAZING!!
I will definitely be a regular. ❤️
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go collapse into a food coma. ✌️

Best Birria Tacos I’ve ever had I’ve had many but none top this, the Mango Micheladas are also so very delicious and dessert is a must churros I’m in heaven wish we had one here in Yakima but the drive is so worth it

What a great find! The doraditos with consome did not disappoint. Great flavor. I love the vibe of the place. It is clean and kept up, and the food is amazing. Really can’t ask for more-the horchata was AMAZING. Especially on a hot day. I will definitely be making a 2nd stop soon.
