Iceberg cold food, young girls didn’t seem to care. picked up the food at the time as scheduled and was very nasty! First time ever having this problem! Very frustrating chicken and rice were colder than the lettuce. paid $12 for this tiny foil ball!!!

Been going here on and off since they opened, very hit and miss as far as service and food quality and lately quantity, Half chicken and half steak bowl to go and it’s usually at best a half a scoop each if your lucky, very rarely do you get a full scoop, but they will load up the rice. I was charged for a large bag of chips with the label on it and it was the regular bag that was even more shorted on chip amount.

Absolutely horrible barely anything in any of our orders even after asking for extra rice and extra cheese. Our order was also missing salsa, corn salsa in each one we got 3 bowls. It was ordered online and when we called after we got home they said there is nothing they can do as it was done through their app not in person. The app also wouldn’t take us to costumer service and just froze anytime we tried to get to the leave a review or fix the problem part to try to get a refund or remake. 10/10 would never recommend and won’t be going back! I’d rather drive 30 mins to a Toledo location where they actually make it right!!

They never give enough lettuce? I’ve ordered salads and they only give a handful like would be on top of a bowl. There was hardly any food in the salad. Asked for extra lettuce on bowls too and it’s the same amount as normal. Then today, only a few pieces on my bowl. And it was cold and looked like someone dropped it. Not warm like it was once hot but actually cold like it was never heated up correctly. The chips were way too salty and stale, they were soft. This location is stingy with portions and it’s not like the food is cheap. Overall just a waste of money.

The lady that always cashes people out with the glasses and high pitched voice told me that my online order wasn’t ready and to go back around, when i had just got told it wasn’t ready 7 minutes before… When i told her i just did that she looked at me like i was stupid and slowly closed the window. She proceeded to walk up to another worker and mock the conversation to them and tell them she to us sorry when she never did. lol. she realized we could see her talking because she was facing the window and turned around. i asked her for her name so i can confront her about her behavior she said she didn’t have to tell me then uses her high pitched fake voice tells me to have a good night while giving me two thumbs up

We love Chipolte. It is one of the only restaurants we all like. Food is good, service is good and restaurant is clean. It is nicer than the normal fast food restaurant and the food is much better.
