I think when most people think of CFA, a certain quality of service comes to mind. Well, let me tell you about my experience at CFA Ellijay. We were in town for a wedding and forgot to order drinks for the rehearsal dinner. We called (during lunch rush) and asked if we could get 8 gallon, sweet tea and lemonade. Their reply was, well we’re really busy, can you pick them up at around 1p. It was 12:45p! Exceptional. You only want a 15 minute lead time to possibly exhaust all of your tea and lemonade during a lunch rush. That’s above and beyond. When I arrived, they were finishing and putting stickers on the jugs. They wouldn’t let me carry them out, they carried them out to my vehicle and were so kind and professional. Thank you CFA Ellijay!

I have never been so disappointed in a Chick a fli. We went in to eat, one family in front of us they were waited on we stepped up and stood there. Not a good morning, hello can I help you nothing. They walked by us I don’t know how many times before we finally just left. I live in East Ridge but will not go back to this one again sorry service

We stopped here because it was conveniently located off of I-75. The service was very fast and our order was correct. We ordered 3 breakfast meals. They were very busy, but it didn’t take long. The path to get into the Chick-fil-A was not good at all. There was a Starbucks drive thru right next to them which made it difficult to get into the parking lot and difficult to exit. But overall very pleased. The restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Will most definitely stop here again.

Absolutely love this place. My dog was put down today, and so when the cashier asked how my day was, I mentioned to him that it had been hard. He then offered to give me a free icecream and said he would pray for me. I dont remember his name, but it meant the world. Thank you Chick-fil-A and this person for making my day a little better.

I stopped by Chick-fil-A at 639 Camp Jordan Pkwy and had a great breakfast! I got the Hash Brown Scramble Burrito with Nuggets Meal, a Berry Parfait with Granola, and a coffee.
Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. I especially loved the scramble burrito—perfect combination of flavors.
Great job, team! Definitely a great spot for a morning meal in Chattanooga!

chic fil a tastes great as always, however, the employee, abigail, was extremely rude and impatient with me while i was ordering. she showed no intent of helping me and was incredibly dismissive to any questions i asked. i expect better from this establishment.
