Ordered ahead for pickup at drive thru. Great employees and service. Many steps above any fast food competition. Quality of food and packaging was likewise superior to any other competitor in my experience. Highly recommend.

Passing through on the way to see the leaves. Place was packed, but pretty fast. I like the little plants on the tables in an effort to make the dining area seem more comfy. And, it’s nice that they have a little table and chairs while you are waiting for your order.
Food came out hot (except the wrap, which was cold) but didn’t stay that way very long. ♀️ I ordered grilled chicken nuggets thinking they would be plain grilled chicken. They were not. I could have done without the seasoning but it was edible. Basically a chicken breast cut into 5 pieces. Our fries got cold pretty quick, but were still edible with ketchup. Love the ability to dip my fries into the ketchup packet. Especially since we were just passing through and ate in the car. His wrap was dry, they forgot the dressing, but it was good otherwise.
All in all, a decent, fast meal.

Very nice hospitality. Every team member was extra nice. The members work well together and the speed of service was great. The food order was accurate. Most importantly, everything was fresh, hot and delicious. We came through the drive thru around 9pm.

Two times in a row, go in and tell them you want to dine in and they place it as a carry out order. First time I did not notice till I sat down and waited and then heard my name called. It was not busy at all. Next time tell them dine in and they ring it up as carry out. I told the one taking the order wanted to dine in and she said sorry, and just went on doing her thing. Guess I will have to change locations.

What in the holy name of chaos is this? 4 people taking your order repeatedly before you really get into the parking lot. The food comes to you before you get to where you would normally order. THEN you get to enter the super weird line of cars dodging confused employees with tablets and bags of food without a clue which car gets which order. I need a break after this experience.

Such a wonderful dining experience here today. I came in and found a seat and then placed my order via the app. In a few minutes my meal was delivered to my table and the food was fresh and delicious. The dining room was clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience Chick-Fil-A!

Got my wife to pick up dinner on her way home. My entire order was wrong. Asked for a bunch of sauces. And got basically none. Honestly completely disappointed with my experience. Especially looking forward to it.
