Ordered here for the first time and probably the last. Im out here for work and figured id give it a try because it reminded me of delicious steak and shake.. I did my order for pickup through mobile order because im sick and I dont want to spread my sickness around… im very disappointed in the food. Frys were old and reminded me of potato stick chips. The cheese curds were soggy and the 2 burgers were made incorrect. Wrong condiments and missing condiments. The bun were soggy. As I gripped the burger my fingers went right through the buns. The meat was also pink.

We walked into Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers with a group of 32 people, and they handled it amazingly! The staff was fast, accommodating, and so friendly from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat, making it a great place for a big group. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out quickly despite our size. The team truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

First time at Freddy’s and we will be back. The burger was great and IMO better most fast food joints. Shoe string fries aren’t my favorite, but if you it’s yours, these were crispy but not overly done. The fry seasoning was a nice touch. Kids meals were small. If you have a 8+ child, I recommend an adult meal. They also have ice cream options which were surprisingly very good. My nephew in Kansas loves this place and we know why.

Hello. I was on my way home from the Nutcracker. I had a double bacon burger and fries…don’t judge me. The service was pretty slow considering the # of ppl in the drive through. It was a fairly quiet atmosphere. The worker at the window was a bit frantic . The fries were way too salty but they were hot! However the burger was good although sloppy. I also didn’t receive the sauce requested. I would go back for the burger and unsalted fries!

First time there, and we will be back!! The place was clean, and the manager was extremely helpful. We ordered a few burgers and concrete. Highly recommend the double burger. It was a smash burger that had lots of flavor and still juicy. The fries were shoestring style. It’s cooked perfect and a good-sized portion. The dipping sauces were flavor, recommend the regular Freddy Sauce. The cheese curds were good! The concrete was excellent. I had the PBC&b, and it was flavorful and a great size for the price. On par with other fast food places but better quality. Will back back soon!

I went through the drive-thru. I received all of my food.
I had a grilled cheeseburger. It was good. My only complaint is that it is to have a tomato soup type sauce, and it did not. Cheese curds were ok. The chili cheese dog was one of the best I’ve had in the area. Lots of chili, good flavor. I also tried the potato chips. They have French fry seasoning on them, so a nice change from normal chips. I had a short wait, but they had just opened. I hope to return soon.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. Waited 15 minutes for the order and even asked if it was fresh. It was not fresh. The fries were lukewarm, mushy and not good. The burger was also lukewarm, mushy, and not good.
Go somewhere else for better food and better service. You’ll probably get your food quicker at Red Robin just across the street even though it’s a sit down restaurant and not fast food.

I’ve been here several times since they opened and each meal has been exceptional. Best place to get a fast food burger in town. I also appreciate that they let adults get a kids meal and customize the burger. It is the perfect amount of food!
