This was my first visit to Seasons 52. I had received a multi restaurant gift card for Christmas and Seasons 52 was one of the choices.
I found the atmosphere to be very warm, inviting and elegant. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food tasted amazing!
While Seasons 52 would not fit into my regular budget under current circumstances, I most definitely would adjust my budget to celebrate special occasions at Seasons 52.

> Not my first visit, and unfortunately the same issue every time — the rice is consistently undercooked, with a hard core inside, no matter the dish. This is definitely an acquired taste.
Everything else is very good: fish, octopus, and meat are well prepared and flavorful. The rice really needs improvement.
Thank you for the evening. Overall, it was pleasant.

Went last Thursday night for my wife’s birthday. First we sat at the bar for happy hour and Susan was very attentive and entertaining. Once we sat at our table we got extremely lucky to have Samantha as our server. She explained the specials to us and had one of the best personalities I’ve ever encountered. We would definitely go back just to have her again. Overall excellent experience and my wife was very happy with her birthday dinner!

This was our first visit for our cousin’s birthday party. On the surface, everything was ok. My hubby tried hard to just accept that his pieces of lamb were not prepared with consistency. There was a shinny film over the mased potatoes which is a tell tell sign our food sat. The first crab cake they brought my hubby was dangerously cold; people can get sick from how it was served. The second one, though it came out much later appeared to be freshly prepared, at these prices, all of the food should be fresher than what we had. The green beans my hubby received were cold. My chicken was so dry, I started to squeeze some lotion on it! My hubby had to ask if they had bread several times before we received bread. My mocktail was good and dessert was good I can say that. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when we realized the table that was “set up” where we say was added on the the end of identical tables…only this was was a much lower and much smaller folding table! My hubby is a Chef when he said he was headed into the bathroom to scream I laughed but it was to keep from being just as frustrated. We don’t mind paying for GOOD food and GREAT service but this visit fell short in real life. I didn’t get pictures of every item because I got less and less excited the more the evening dragged on….it took forever! They did comp the cold crab cake and the rubber lamb but the food, the experience, and the kids table earned the fair rating of 2 out of 5.

I recently visited Seasons 52 in Schaumburg on a Sunday and really enjoyed the experience, especially taking advantage of the great deals during Chicago Restaurant Week, for which this restaurant is a participant. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the meal.
The highlight for me was the grilled rainbow trout, which was perfectly cooked—flavorful, light, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious and well balanced, making it clear that quality and freshness are a priority here.

Kristina was phenomenal took very good care of us. The food was amazing, we ordered a variety. The scallops were cooked to perfection, the paired risotto that came with was a lovely accompaniment. There was not one thing that was bad . If you go definitely get the desserts . Oh and if you like Brussel sprouts highly recommend you try those too!

very beautiful and visually interesting place — unique and stylish.
However, when it comes to the food, it didn’t fully live up to expectations. The risotto was not prepared properly; it was overcooked on the outside and didn’t have the right texture or flavor. Unfortunately, most rice-based dishes we tried were not very good.
The service was pleasant but felt a bit rushed, as if we were being encouraged to finish quickly, which created some discomfort. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but I wouldn’t choose it for celebrating a special occasion in the future. Still, it was okay — just not outstanding.

Feelings remain the same about this place. Clean, fresh, well maintained with some of the best food options in the area. Service is always stellar even from the bar stool. Always a great dining experience.

First time trying tonight, we had the tuna tartar, ceasar salad big enough for 2 people, I had the winter seasonal chicken dish, and my husband got the pork chop. They have mini desserts to choose from. The food is so flavorful. I guess the menu keeps the dishes around 585 calories? That’s kind of cool. I don’t feel at all like I over ate but I feel full. There are additional shareable sides on the menu as well. I can’t wait to travel again from Iowa/Illinois border to try the spring and summer menu next year. Ohhhhh also, they have complimentary valet!!

Phenomenal service from Kristina – we would come back just for her. The food was fantastic. My friend and I shared the steak and mushroom flatbread and the tacos. So delicious! They offer mini desserts and Kristina convinced us to order one to share after we insisted we were too full. I am so glad that we had the oatmeal cream cake! We’ve already made reservations for a party of 5 next week!
