First time here. Had popcorn shrimp, 1/2 slab of ribs, Mac n cheese, potato salad. Mustard like barbecue sauce is pretty good just a bit more thin/watery then I’m used to but still good! I’m not a fan of dry ribs but these were good. Potato salad mustard base as well and delicious.

The fried chicken at this location is amazing. I wish I got more fries. They still don’t do indoor dining which is fine with me. So you order at the window. The great lady that takes your order is super nice and easy to talk too. Please check this place out.

Best BBQ in Fort Mitchell! I have to take the 15 minute drive because it’s just that good! It was an almost hour from my other home… so we’ve for it good since our move. Staff is always friendly and the food is great! Ribs are tender and flavorful. The sides are chef’s kiss. It’s worth a try!

I spent $80 on some food from Chester’s and was very disappointed. The ribs are extremely dry and the pieces looked like pieces cut off of old slabs. Ribs were also burnt. Chester’s is usually a favorite but I probably won’t be back after this

Excellent tasty dinner… we arrived just before closing and were treated to an inexpensive take out dinner that we couldn’t finish due to huge portions… Fried pork chop sandwich with fried ocra was huge and delicious… I had the smoked chicken leg quarter along with two rib bones that must have come from a dinosaur, they were so big… I also had the baked beans, Cole slaw and French fries… more food than I imagined… awesome prices made the dinner even more enjoyable…. I highly recommend a visit if you find yourself in Fort Mitchell, Alabama… sorry, no pictures as I was greased up to my elbows enjoying this scrumptious feast…

I was craving Chester’s so bad yesterday haven’t had them in years and let’s just say they didn’t disappoint. Ribs was tender and falling off the bone also the potato salad , mac and cheese , and baked beans was delicious as well .also the lady up front very friendly and welcoming spirit

Ribs were delicious! Bummer that they put 2 freshly cooked pieces on top of previously cooked ribs. Difference in texture and taste. Coleslaw taste like mustard. Was visiting Fort Moore from Aiken Sc, decided to search for bar bq. Made the drive to Alabama. The Brunswick Stew is definitely not like our southern hash! The people are so welcoming, but definitely a one time experience for us.
