We had dinner here after a movie night. We ordered Alfredo Fettuccine with Minestrone Soup and Bread sticks, along with Italian donuts. We love the fresh unlimited bread sticks. The Fettuccine was tasty too. It was our first time trying Italian donuts. They were warm, fresh and delicious. The staff who served us was very friendly and helped me choose egg-free vegetarian food. It was a good experience.

Located in great mall milipitas, good Italian cuisine, usually there is a wait time here. Taste is good, portions are quite big, every entree gets you unlimited soup or salad or bread stick. Service is fast and efficient. Worth a try if you are in great mall. They are open 11am onwards.

The service here was pretty good tbh. We consistently saw our server and she was very thoughtful with all of the little things. This was honestly like some of the best service I’ve seen in the Bay, especially including all the places I’ve gone to that are $50/person. For example, when she heard I asked for mints, she grabbed a handful of them because usually those who specifically ask for mints are quite fond of them. The food is your standard Olive Garden fare, nothing to write home about. Just consistent. The place is kept pretty clean and the experience was so pleasant.

Discrimination Toward Children with Special Needs (4-Year-Old)

One of your employees, Leetty, has repeatedly discriminated against my son, who has special needs. The first time it happened, I stayed quiet and let it go. The second time, I reported it to the manager, Gary, but nothing was done. On the third occasion, as soon as I walked in, Leetty immediately began making comments again.

It is unacceptable that Gary refuses to take action. This behavior is bullying, unprofessional, and harmful. Leetty should not be allowed to continue working here if this is how she treats families.

I also have video evidence—publicly available on YouTube—that shows how, the moment I walk in, she starts making comments about my son to other employees. This is harassment, plain and simple, and it cannot be ignored.

I am demanding that the General manager take action and watch the video from Sep 23, 2025 starting around 9:40-10pm. I will take further legal action if she is not removed from working at olive garden.

The Olive Garden in San Jose is arguably the best in the area, far surpassing the Blossom Hill location. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that this restaurant is deeply family-oriented and has a strong community presence on the east side.

The food and appetizers were excellent, though they arrived surprisingly fast. My only real complaint was the noticeable dustiness of the restaurant, which could use some attention. Aside from that, it’s still a great spot for a family dinner at a reasonable price—about $100 for a full meal.

P.S. Our server was phenomenal, but as usual, I forgot her name.

It’s very close to the mall—we came here to eat after shopping. The place is spacious inside, the food was just average in my opinion, but the kids really liked it here.

A comfortable setting and generally good-tasting with familiar Italian-American dishes. The Fried Mozzarella was a satisfyingly cheesy start. The Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara was rich and flavorful, while the classic Chicken Parmesan delivered on its comforting promise. The Fried Shrimp provided a lighter, crispy option. Overall, a reliable spot for a casual and enjoyable meal.

I’m very selective about giving one-star reviews, but there is a genuine reason for this rating.

We came here tonight after the game. Although it was late and I understand we arrived close to closing, our waitress was still friendly, attentive, and amazing, and this review has nothing to do with her. That said, we did feel rushed through the meal, which I understand given the timing, but again, she handled it professionally.

What was truly concerning was how quickly the food arrived. Our meals came literally within three minutes of placing the order. We ordered items such as steak and sausage, and there is no reasonable or safe way for those types of foods to be properly cooked, plated, and served in that amount of time.

In addition, food should be paced appropriately, appetizers and soup should come out first, followed by entrées, not all at once and certainly not within minutes of ordering. This points to a serious lack of proper management and kitchen oversight, not a service issue.

For context, we dine at Olive Garden at least six times a month and consistently have great experiences. This was an out-of-town location for us and did not meet the standards we are accustomed to. We would rather be ignored for awhile than rushed as we were. At this point, I can only hope we do not wake up feeling sick in the morning from the sausage as I’m really not sure how sausage can be cooked so quickly. Personally we would not come to this location again.

Our go to Olive Garden location in the Bay Area! The food has been consistently good over the years, always prepared hot and fresh. The wait times for a table are usually not too long at this location and the service is excellent. We got our usuals – the Stuffed Ziti Fritta as our appetizer to start, the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo & the Chicken Alfredo (swapped the Fettuccine for Rigatoni) with the Chicken & Gnocchi soup for our mains and the Chocolate Lasagna cake for dessert. Everything was delicious as always. Our server came by to check on us multiple times and the manager also walked through the dining hall to check on guests. Overall, we’ve always had a fantastic experience at this location!

Very busy on the Sunday night, but we were quickly seated.

One of the menu was kinda dirty, it should be replaced or cleaned at least. My plate also have couple spots that I need to clean.

We asked for two more serving ware but we have to get up to gat it ourselves when our water and appetite delivered.

My chicken margaritas was so salty but the store manager Hector was so nice that explained why and exchange for another item for me.

Overall, this restaurant have lots room for improvement but I am very pleased to have Hector there.
