theres not much in breck/wahp so you take what you can get but thats 0 excuse for awful service and rude staff. its not that hard to pretend you care. its really not. tldr just go to the breckenridge dq even though they dont have chocolate ice cream. its like 5 minutes away.
just now i went thru my order, she didnt hear a WORD of it, and i went thru it again just for her to act like it was my fault she gave me vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. i said chocolate the First time i said the order.
another time i ordered food and ice cream on my lunch break. i ASKED HER which blizzard i should get cuz i couldnt decide. she didnt put in the ice cream so i had to order it again. i ordered a smores blizzard (which we had Talked About, if you’ll remember) and she gave me a reeses blizzard.
the blizzards are never mixed to the bottom, they cant shape a cone to save their lives (photo of said cone), they’re rude and cant listen. i have never left a review like this EVER.
i have worked in the service industry for 7 years. i Understand not every day is your best day, and sometimes youre busy so you cant be at service 24/7. but at least Act like you care. every time i go the same 3 people act like theyre being held at gunpoint to be there. get a different job i beg of you.

We went inside to order ice cream. There was no line, someone helped us in a timely matter. 1 small Oreo Brookie with cocoa fudge blizzard and 1 small Oreo Brookie Blizzard – they came out right as I was finding a place to sit inside.

Went into Dairy Queen at 7 o’clock to order two large blizzards they cost me just over $18 which I was fine with the help was not enthused to be working when they handed me the blizzards. Neither one was tipped over to show like their guarantee when I asked them about their guarantee, the manager come huffing out and said what’s the problem and I said nobody tipped over the blizzard And I’m wondering if I get a coupon because it says right here and your sign she informed me that’s only if the blizzard falls out this is the first Dairy Queen that I’ve ever been treated so rudely at my grandchildren and my wife and I go there at least three times a month For supper. I guarantee we will not be back.

This is from June 4th and I just went there tonight I ordered a cake shake chocolate shake and I’m sure they made just a chocolate shake!! I did call to ask about it and basically got told everything got mixed up. Plus I had to ask for the cream topping what the charged for and resived a dirty look when I asked for it.To top it off when I asked they for the banana split that I ordered, they looked at me as I trying to add items to my order. I’ll say that this is my last time going to the Wahpeton store. No wonder why they send out so many coupons.

Came for lunch @ noon 3/26, ordered 2, 6 piece chicken strip basket meals. Employees in there with no gloves on touching everything bare handed, cross contaminating everything! It does not matter how many times you wash your hands, you need gloves. Some form of reimbursement needs to be in order. I’m not eating food prepared bare handed. Was also told, “We wash our hands,” which doesn’t excuse not wearing gloves.

Teenage Kids taking order over the intercom drive thru
Talking too co workers while trying too take customers order
Can’t multi task
I Found it rude that these kids are laughing talking in background whole entire time I politely calmly placed my order
Using a forceful voice give me a Strawberry milkshake
Order 2 meals was about too
Order a 3rd meal got told too pull ahead
I stayed calm patient teenage kids still laughing in background
I said I am not done ordering would like 1 more meal please
Teenage boy taking my order says rudely disrespectful
Well fine then WHAT YOU WANT?
I paid Fries were the only thing good on 3 meals
Cheese curds were cold
3 cheeseburgers were also all cold
Cheese wasn’t even melted
Meat was COLD
BURGERS WERE NOT COOKED!
Most disgusting burgers
HELLO FOOD POISIONING!
HELLO OSHA NEEDS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION IMMEDIATELY!

Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the cashier register when there was 8 workers and we were the only people in the store then had to wait 30 minutes for a blizzard, cone and Sunday the worker did not wash her hands after coming out of the bathroom
