You guys need to take care of things a little bit better. I was there to pick up an order and after 15 minutes I end up having to ask like two or three different people where it was at. They just kind of walked around a little bit and then faded off into doing something else without answering my question

Finally I flagged down a manager and she said they didn’t have the order any longer. Whether it didn’t come through or somebody else picked it up. I told her that’s something that could have been relayed to me before 25 minutes of standing there.

If you notice somebody is standing waiting for an order for an extended period of time, somebody might want to inquire about it.

There’s no way the owner of this place knows this is happening..This location comes up really short of Chick-fil-A standards. I’ve been to more than 150 locations between Texas and Colorado and this one is by far and away the worst

Don’t treat us like the enemy. These are your customers we’re delivering to. I get paid regardless. I can make sure the customer doesn’t get their food until it’s cold.

Don’t declare war on the drivers and do better

I genuinely cannot believe the experience I just had at this Chick-fil-A location. Feb 16. 2026

I go through the drive-thru, get all the way home, unpack everything — and my nuggets are missing. So now I’m back in my car making a second trip because part of my order didn’t make it into the bag.

I try calling ahead so they can be prepared. No answer. Of course. Apparently, phones are just decorative now.

I walk in politely and ask for my order to be remade. You would have thought I demanded a refund, a gift card, and their firstborn child. The employee looks completely overwhelmed by the concept of fixing a mistake. Manager Sara comes over and starts inspecting my order like she’s conducting a forensic audit. Questioning whether I really wanted it remade — yes, I drove it home and then drove back. Meanwhile, the food is getting colder while they “analyze” the situation.

Then comes the bizarre commentary: Sara starts pointing out how many fries I have and how much sauce is in my order — like, why are we even discussing this?

They finally remake the food with a flat “sorry.” No effort to make it right beyond the bare minimum. No acknowledgment that I burned gas and time fixing their error. Customer service? Nowhere to be found.

Then the absurdity hits a new level. I asked for the incorrect food back because I intended to give it to the homeless man who sits at the end of their street . Sara tells me she cannot give it back because it must be kept for “loss recording purposes.” I asked if it was just going to be thrown away. She says, “No…” and just walks away

— so let me get this straight: you’re either going to hoard it as evidence for some imaginary audit or toss it rather than let me feed someone in need? Seriously? Most restaurants won’t even take food back for health reasons once it leaves the counter, but magically, now that I mention giving it to someone in need, it becomes untouchable inventory.

What a disgusting species that would rather fill trashcans with perfectly good food than allow it to go to a person who would actually eat it — and let’s not forget, it was your mistake to begin with.

What are you doing on Sundays, Katie Higgins? Because it’s clearly not practicing the Good Lord’s words. As it says in Matthew 25:35: “For I was hungry and you gave me food…” — maybe try living by that principle sometime, instead of letting your team let perfectly good food go to waste.”

Been coming to this Chick-fil-A for the past year with my kids. The food is always good and the service is fast. Have yet to have anything negative to say about this location. The kids love the play area, and plenty of other parents bring their kiddos as well. Of course the Chicken is awesome and delicious.

The drive thru setup here is unnecessarily confusing, especially the difference between the regular drive thru and the mobile thru. I usually use the mobile thru for convenience, but the way the lines are arranged with little to no clear guidance makes it feel like mobile orders are cutting in front of people who have already placed their orders.

I have used the regular drive thru before and watched several cars in the mobile lane drive past customers who had ordered five minutes earlier. It creates frustration and feels disorganized.

This location should consider adopting a setup similar to the one at the Dublin and Powers location, where the flow is much clearer and fair for everyone.

Super fast. My food got to the table at the same time I did. It was hot and fresh. The service was excellent but that is to be expected for this chain. But that is always how it is here, i don’t know why it took me so long to review.

I work from home, often days filled with back-to-back meetings and no time to make lunch. I order delivery from here wayyyy more than a human should, but it’s ALWAYS phenomenal! Order has never been wrong, food is always hot and arrives fast. Appreciate the awesome and consistent experience!

i made a mobile order and #1 the layout is horrendous, i still waited 15 minutes in line. we didn’t get any of our sauces or utensils and no napkins. they seemed rushed to give us our food and were not polite… yet the line took so long because they refused to send cars to park that were at the window that we’re taking forever and sat there for 5-7 minutes three times… it was not a good experience

We ordered a shake. Took over 5 minutes. Only 1 car in front of us 2 people inside. 4 employees chatting in the drive through and a lot inside standing around talking. Never thought I would go to Chick-fil-a with that slow of service and workers standing around.

I really don’t know what has happened, to this location. They used to always be so kind. Really cared about customer service, and always fast. Extremely hard to find these days. It used to be my favorite location. I would even go out of my way, to go to this specific location. Lately this Chick-fil-A has been awful.

Today I went through the drive-thru. There were 10 cars in line before me, nothing new with that. When I came up to the individual to give my order. They didn’t for my name, just said to me “what do you want?” I asked if I could still have breakfast as it was ten after ten? She said “no. What do you want?” I gave my order then had to wait 17 minutes because I was told “the fries were not finished cooking.” When I received my order. the chicken was overcooked and the fries were undercooked.

I have never had any of these experiences at this location prior to today. I don’t know what happened, but I do know, I will no longer be going to this location.
