I want to start by saying that I was really excited to eat here, so many people have told me this is the place to eat. The place was clean, great music. Excited!!!

But then: the salmon would have been great had it not been cold in the center and you would think for that burnt end that would be impossible but it was. I actually regret not taking pic before eating it, it actually looked good and well this is a bbq joint so I was gonna let that pass but I was disappointed. Yes I ate it, my parents taught me better then to waste food. And if you’re wondering what the side dish is, those are fried brussel sprouts; tasted like I was having french fries. Maybe I should come during the day!

We ordered pick-up, and the process was fast and easy! The food was absolutely delicious. I had the brisket sandwich with peach BBQ sauce—it was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked! I initially thought it came with fries, but it didn’t. Luckily, we also ordered the mac and cheese and the tater tot casserole, which were both incredible! The casserole was especially a standout, with a rich and comforting flavor. The portions were generous, and the meal was super filling. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try more items from the menu!

Was in with the family that wanted to try the new place in town. I’ve had the taste for a good brisket so I caved. I specifically ordered a brisket LEAN, there was 1/4 inch of fat on the top of the meat. I prefer my brisket broken up & unfortunately I wasn’t able to break it up. Brisket burger was very tasty. We had several sides, Brussels sprouts, Mac n cheese, alote, fries, all very good. Food becomes VERY pricey as items are all separate purchases. Staff was very friendly. Don’t know that I’ll be back, you haven’t topped my expectations over my BBQ place.

Excellent BBQ spot a great atmosphere! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon (not during football season) and it was a great time for visiting with smaller children. The service was quick and the team working was nice! The prices seemed high but they ate fair considering the amount of food you get.

We tried the smoked wings and ribs; both were excellent as well as the sides! Overall, a great experience and we’ll be back again!

I visited this place recently and here’s my review. Upon entering, I was impressed with the cool decor and ambiance. The staff was energetic and very helpful. I ordered the ribs, which were flavorful and tender, and they were definitely a highlight. However, the chicken wings were just okay; they lacked flavor, and the dips were mediocre. Unfortunately, the jalapeño cheddar link was dry and bland, so I wasn’t a fan of that. Overall, this place is decent, and I might return to try their brisket for another review.

Our first time visiting this new restaurant. I thought the food selection, quality and prices were great. We both had the pastrami Ruben which was excellent. We also had the elotes, Mac and cheese and just fries. The corn was really good, I thought the Mac and cheese was a bit too runny for my liking and lacked flavor a bit. Fries were typical fries. The option to buy whatever portion size you want is also an excellent option I feel, even though we didn’t utilize that this time there.

I did understand the ordering concept before we went so it wasn’t a shock how the process works but with that said, I am not a fan of standing in line to order food when I go out for dinner and pay higher prices than fast food. Also not having a server I’m not a fan of. I feel they are definitely leaving money on the table when they don’t offer a server to come to your table for drinks when they have a full bar. We probably would have asked for at least one more round of drinks had they had a server. It would have also been nice to ask a server for sauces, salt and pepper etc. Again, I knew this going in but that style of dining is not my first choice. The service we did get when ordering, paying and the bar service was just fine, no complaints there. Everyone was working fast and hard and was pleasant.

We will definitely go back and try some of their other options as the food quality and taste was very good. Hopefully we can get back when the open air dining area has the doors open, that looked like a cool space to have a meal and a drink.

Very very expensive and the food was not good for the money. I had the pastrami Ruben which was good. My wife had the pulled pork which was very dry and bland. The sides were even worse. Coleslaw was bland and just awful. Three things a bbq place must make good is pulled pork,Coleslaw and beans and they couldn’t make any of them. We will never eat there again.

Be prepared to pay thru the nose. No combos so 19.49 got me 3 turkey slices, no bread, no pickles, a small Mac and cheese (they add pepper) and a 20oz drink. 18.00 for a pulled pork and fries (they use potato buns) with no drink. Thats way too much money. Pics online are misleading so I am uploading a pic of what cost me $40. Nice building but not enough food for the money.

The portions were big, but the flavor was lacking. The pastrami rueben was pretty flavorless, the brussel sprouts were so drenched in sauce that I couldnt f8nish then, the french fries are the cheap frozen shoestring fries that don’t even taste good, and the wings had flavor, but were dried out.

Station One is doing a lot of things right. Rarely do I give out my prestigious 5-star rating. I got the meal for 4. The brisket was fantastic, ribs were flavourful, the turkey was juicy and the sides were phenomenal. The elote was the shining star. I would highly recommend this place.

The only thing missing were lids for the kids cups, that would have been good. My daughter said “you should have chocolate milk”, that doesn’t really work for me with BBQ but she’s 4.
