Absolutely terrible experience. The staff member was an Indian lady who served me was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. When I asked her for extra toppings, she barely added any and made an obvious face, like it was a huge inconvenience to do her job. The attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable.
I specifically asked for the sandwiches to be wrapped properly because there was a lot of sauce, and she was clearly annoyed by that request too. Surprise surprise — when I got home, the sandwiches were leaking everywhere. Sauce all over the wrapper, the bag, and basically ruined the meal.
On top of the bad service, the sandwiches themselves weren’t even good. Sloppy, poorly made, and not worth the money at all.
If you don’t want to serve customers or take simple requests seriously, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. I won’t be coming back.

Today, I ordered a footlong veggie patty sandwich on the online app using the deal 6.99 per footlong. I pickup my order at around 7 pm and came home and when I opened the sandwich, one veggie patty was cut in half length wise and used in the full footlong. I went back to the subway and asked the lady who made the sandwich who was the owner, and she said it was herself, then I told her that you put only one veggie patty in the entire footlong, she responded saying they only had one left, and I said why did you not disclose that to me, and why was it being offered on the app. She was rude and said well you’re also getting a 6.99 footlong, and I said that is deal being offered on your app, I’m not getting the sandwich for free. If your issue is with the deal then complain to your franchise. The entire sandwich was super light with all the veggies, 4 slices of tomatoes when it should be 6 slices, 6 pieces of Cucumber but there only 4. They were trying to cut corners because deals were offered, but how is that the consumers fault. When i said that is wrong and i would need to complain about this, and very arrogantly she said, go ahead, go complain no problem. She not only ruined our dinner but most importantly a Friday evening after hard week of work. I will never come back to this place again. Even in the past their quality of sandwiches have been bad but I kept going because of the convenience, but they do not deserve business if they make it a consumers fault when advertising deals for business.

Very disappointing experience. I asked for a 6″ flat bread sandwich which I’ve gotten often at other Subways. Server said flat bread can only be 12″. I was disappointed, but paused a moment and then said ok. Server proceeded to turn the flat bread the wrong way so the sandwich was only 8″! (See picture.} I also observed less pieces of cheese, 3 rather than 4, and of course less of everything. Very poor service from a chain I frequent often, sadly I won’t be going to this one again. If another store does that to me again, my party and I will just walk out, but I sincerely hope I never encounter this again.

Editing my review. Do not order from this location. If you are doing food delivery or pickup. They will run out of items and not even call to tell you. I wanted the new turkey festive sandwich and ended up spending $18 on a plain turkey with a little dribble of cranberry sauce and no herb stuffing. I was highly upset when I got my order delivered.

The vibes were off almost as soon as I walked in. The workers were in casual conversation with each other and almost looked puzzled as to why I walked in. Ordered a meatball sub and asked if they had mozzarella and the worker immediately went, “We don’t have that.” When adding veggies I asked for olives which they also immediately replied with, “We don’t have that.” Then I pointed to a mostly covered container that I could see olives in, “Isn’t that olives?” Which they reluctantly added. Their attitude almost made it seem like they didn’t want me to dine in. I only went in because there was no line, and probably for good reason.

Ordered footlong with clear instructions on what i want . Open the sub at home and found it was 90% bread and almost no veggies. Very disappointed. End of subway from this restaurant. Highly advice , don’t place an order from this restaurant otherwise u will be disappointed.

I don’t think it’s Subway’s place to tell you that you’re going to kill yourself if you put more mayonnaise on the bread this is barely smeared on the people I’m buying for. They really like heavy mayonnaise on their sandwiches and two of them wanted extra. I ended up telling them to keep the sandwiches and walked out if they can’t fix them the way I want ordered them or the people that I’m buying for well then they can just keep them and use them for themselves and that’s what I did I walked out!

Refused to toast half of my sandwich even after I explained that I was saving the other half for my lunch. The lady said “I charge you one six inch and another six inch but cost you more money.” I had to pay for extra meat secondary to there NOT being enough to cover the sandwich. The lady also skimped on the toppings. It smells like you incense too. I don’t mind incense but prefer it not to be used in a restaurant due to bread absorbing smells.
Sandwich was good otherwise.
