I love coming to the gift shop as much as for the meal! Some unique finds, especially during holidays. The pancakes are amazing and chicken n dumplings are always a favorite…especially with a piece of cornbread! The biscuits are alway fluffy and delicious too! It’s comfort food at it’s best and always a nice treat, so I plan for it in advance

I liked the store area. They have many cute little things. Food was decent. Service in dining area wasn’t great. Our server rarely showed up and she was trying to give our food to other table. Thankfully the other table noticed that right away but our food was on their table for few seconds which made me little disappointed. She had a hard time figuring out our check and I saw her having hard time with other table as well. I think she needs some more training. At least the checkout was smooth since I can scan, pay, and leave. I don’t have to wait for our server to show up which she will take forever to come.

Ate breakfast at this place, before their “rebranding”. Food was pretty good; flavors were a bit tamed and with no hot sauce (or ketchup) on any of the tables. Had the Hashbrown Casserole Shepard’s Pie. Many folks in this restaurant, and very loud.

Delicious food. Good service and very attentive staff. The only thing I don’t enjoy is having my hot caramel latte cup brought to me, with caramel and whipped cream dripping because it’s not pleasant to my eyes and feeling my cup sticky with caramel is not pleasant either. Of course, it’s a matter of taste. However, the coffee was good. I used the Crackel Barrer app to join the waitlist 12 minutes before arriving because the wait time was between 15 and 20 minutes. I was number 17 on the waitlist. When I arrived, I checked in on the app as well and my table was ready in less than 3 minutes. So I recommend the app, which is very convenient.
