My wife just brought three Taco Supremes from this Taco Bell through the drive thru. I did not ask for any items to be left off, when I got home, I discovered there was hardly anything in the shell. I understand supply chain issues, but really?

Every table, counter, floor and piece of anything was filthy. The workers were letting some possibly homeless dude sleep on the table. The drink machine was straight carbonation. They left dirty dish rags on the counter. Food was left uncovered in the back. Trash cans were all overloaded. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. Neither bathroom had a baby changing station. Oh and in case you were wondering the bathrooms were nasty too. The workers were nice so that’s something but NEVER eating there again.

First hit the drive through. Ask for the apple fritters that just came back. “Oh they don’t have any.” But its on the menu. Oh they didnt want to MAKE any. Fine got the rest of the order. Get home pull out a crunchy taco with like no meat. So I checked the others. And total amount of meat wouldn’t make 1 taco . Now the crunch wrap. Hello… meat…. oh almost as much cheese. Plenty of lettuce though. Packed in to give it size.

Wow. These 2 Taco Bells on this boulevard SUCK!!! It’s like asking for a million dollars just to get somebody to give me a DoorDash order. I waited probably 5-10 minutes just to get acknowledged, even though I said, “Sir.” to a dude preparing food, probably 2-3 minutes in, and either he didn’t hear me or I got ignored, and then however long later, finally the drive thru dude asked me what I was here for, so I pointed at one of the bags and said the name, and then when he was giving me the bag, he threw it down and said, “Have a great night.” Wow. What a way to treat a customer’s food. If it was my food, I wouldn’t really care. But if something happened to the food, they’d blame me first. If DoorDash is so hard for these 2 Taco Bells on this boulevard (or really any restaurant that I go to that makes it seem like it’s the end of the world that they’ve gotta do another DoorDash order), then stop taking DoorDash orders! That simple!

Super nice employees! Food is always the way I ask it to be! My daughter is super picky, and they always do great with not adding the things she doesn’t like! They never seem bothered with a complicated order! The manager was super nice, he asked us if everything was great! It was! The facility is clean and the bathrooms are always clean! I love this Taco Bell!

The server was very nice. The food was cold. My chalupa had very little chicken (as seen in photo) and cost $5 for a wrap and toppings. The Nachos Bell Grande was tiny and everything was mounded in one area. Not very good. Usually better than this. Won’t be back for a very long time.

Got a $25 dollar online order, received 2 boxes, in a bag. Got home realized they left 3 items out so we drive 25 min which soon makes our trip become an hour trip just for dinner. When we bring it to their attention, what looked to be a manager asked us “what time was did you come through” I offered to show my receipt he said no that’s fine. We got our 3 items, no offer to remake the other food that is now COLD, no offer to give a cinnamon twist to make-up for it. NOTHING. Not even an apology. Made us feel as if we inconvenienced them. This is about the third time they have messed something up coming here. Not sure if we’ll be back.
