We were seated immediately. We asked for a different table and we were accommodated w/o delay. Our server, Emilie, arrived right away and was cordial and smiling. She listened to our orders and came back right away with our requests. She made us feel welcome and seemed to appreciate our presence. The staff today worked diligently, efficiently and was friendly. The food was delicious and was delivered promptly. Overall an excellent dining experience during a busy time of day.

We came after hours with a group of 12. Kerry was our server and she took great care of us. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out fast and hot without any mistakes. Great place to eat with a group of friends.

Had a great time dining at this IHop. Everyone was kind as soon as we walked into the door. Specifically our server Jazmine that was able to handle the busy atmosphere while also catering to our needs. Jazmine checked in constantly and made us feel welcome.

Disappointed. 1. Incomplete silverware. 2. Table had no pepper. 3. Our order fell off to an abyss of the unknown. We noticed everyone around us already had their food, 20 minutes later, the waitress comes over and says your order didn’t go in, what did you order again? 4. Sausage is not fully cooked. 5. Pancakes were cold. 6. Crapes looked like enchiladas. Tasted ok. 7. No discount was offered for our inconvenience. Disappointed, that is all.

We took.our granddaughter here for her birthday breakfast which was really fun. If you sign up for their app and put in your birthday, you get free pancakes.
In addition, they gave her free ice ram and all the wait staff sang happy birthday.
The food was fresh and hot. The pancakes were fluffy and favorable. The eggs were cooked perfect.
There was a wide variety on choices on the menu and 4 of us ordered and none were disappointed.

i had jazmine as my server and she did an amazing job making sure my drinks were refilled, she was super patient when i had question about the menu and we got our food out super fast. such a awesome server great service defenderla would return again!

The IHOP on West Grant Road in Tucson is a very good choice for breakfast or “breakfast for dinner”. Their great variety of pancake options are always a favorite. On a recent visit I was one of only two parties there at about 1 AM yet my meal came out of the kitchen less than hot which was disappointing. In addition to Pumpkin Pancakes I had a delicious Spicy Poblano Omelette. Server Sean was super friendly. Recommended.
