Frankly, far from freaky fast! Despite appearing well staffed with 5 people, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once my ordered was placed it was another 15 minute wait for 1 sandwich. There was one other family inside already eating and drive through was empty. I can only assume they were prioritizing delivery orders over mine. Food quality was on par with Jimmy John’s standards, but service is seriously lacking. Only recommended if you have plenty of time.

The 2 people working tonight were so amazing!! I had a big order and They took extra time to label everything, and were very friendly! He made really nicely looking arrangements for the pickle buckets too! I brought it home and everything was perfect and how it was supposed to be, EXCEPT, why, why Why when we say extra extra extra onion don’t people understand that you want a lot of onions? The guy that was in their cut up a whole onions special for me! I don’t think the gal that was working there understood That I truly wanted a lot. So I was disappointed in mine but everybody else loved theirs and they still did a really superior job.

Waited 9 min for our 2 sandwiches with us being the only ones in the drive thru today. Not sure what took so long with 4-5 people working back there. Definitely not “freaky fast”. The last few times were also very slow service.

So disappointed with the 2 sandwiches we bought. Each had 1 piece of meat,and 1 piece of bacon. Mine was supposed to have lettuce and tomato, it had a few strings of lettuce, no tomato. Our bill was $29.50 for 2 regular “favorites” sandwiches with delivery, 2 – $9.99 sandwiches. Now I remember why we haven’t ordered from Buffalo Jimmy John’s in a year, it wasn’t worth the money last time either. I don’t expect anything extra, I just want what I pay for.

Second time in the last 3 visits they have messed up my order. There were only two people in the drive-thru, and yet I still was given the wrong sandwhich!!!

This is one of the worst jimmy johns. I’ve had nothing but problems here. Ive had delivery orders take over an hour. One time they delivered to the wrong house and said they would give me a free sandwich and to just give my phone number the next time I went there. They told me there was nothing under my number for a free sandwich and I was not able to get one. One time they asked me to repeat my order multiple times, I order a basic menu item, and it wasn’t even close to being correct. Recently, I placed an order on their app for delivery. It had been over an hour, so I called and they said they were no longer doing deliveries, and apparently they don’t call you tell let you know??? You’re just expected to wait for a sandwich that’s never coming??? I asked to be refunded since the money was taken out of my account, they said they would speak to a manager, the manager said that he already took care of it. Several days later and the money is still not in my account. If management took care of it, they should know that they need to call the customer to inform them that they are not doing deliveries at this time due to staffing issues. Or maybe do something so customers aren’t able to place delivery orders??? Today, I went there and asked for chips. Got home and I had no chips. My receipt said I paid for them. If your order gets messed up, which it will, don’t even waste your time trying to get it fixed.

No delivery driver on a Sunday night! Should NOT have the option for delivery if it’s truly NOT an option! So now have to wait DAYS for the money to go back on my card. Shameful!

I placed an order for delivery online through the app. Within 1 minute, the store called to say they didn’t have any drivers and asked if I would like the meal refunded or if I could come to pick it up. I told them I could pick it up (it would be ready in 5 minutes).
Picking up the order was fine, except I was never apologized to about having to pick up my sandwich (I even told them I had ordered for delivery but was told I needed to pick it up).
Once I got back to work, I looked at the receipt and it showed I had been charged the $4 delivery fee, so I called to see what they could do. Again, no apology, but someone got on the phone and said they would cancel my online order and just re-enter the order without the fee. They had to call back a minute later because they hadn’t taken my card information during the last phone call. Still no apology.
I didn’t mind having to go pick up my sandwich, I understand labor shortages are hurting everyone, but what bothered me was the lack of empathy from the workers (and even the manager I spoke to).
*They were also out of BBQ chips that I had ordered online, but I wasn’t made aware until I picked up my meal.
