We love coming to this restaurant, Safwan was a fantastic host’ he made sure our daughter got 10 separate prawns with mild spice while we enjoyed the 50 prawn platter. He recommended the mini annd peach mocktail which was delicious!he is always going above and beyond and bringing a coloyring sheet and pencils for our little one! And a great choice! Alisha and Jannat were good too. They were lovely and welcoming. We also came on Xmas day with our family, ordered a 50 piece platter with three dips, mixed seafood starter was delicious too, we love the atmosphere and food. Great atmosphere for family and friends.

Ordered the seabass and will the shrimps. Food tasted really nice. I would not recommend the rice as it seems to be bland. The creamy mash and veg was really nice. Kids mac and cheese was tasty! The mango passion cocktail was lovely too. I have to say the service was exceptional!

We came here for a birthday party so there were a large number of us, almost 14-16 in total. The restaurant was able to seat us comfortably in the long booths. We all enjoyed the food, the staff were really good on the day too, specific shout out to Salman and Safwan who were great. They were able to serve our large table and large order without any issue.

First time here after seeing the hype on social media. Greeted warmly, friendly host to served us and took the order. Prawns were as described which were yummy and fantastic. Steak is not their cup of tea but I’m not moaning as it’s a prawn place. Veronica was lovely by getting the bill quickly, so all in all 7/10.

We went for a girls night and I would highly recommend this place. We ordered the sailors delight for 1, but shared between 2 as the portion sizes are incredible! The staff were extremely polite, we were served by Arisha who was extremely wonderful and made sure we had dates and water to open our fast. 5 stars for this place, amazing food and amazing service.

First time here randomly looking up food spots while visiting Leicester with hubby & we have zero regrets. We had the Captain boil & Kenyan sauced shrimp platters which were both delish!!! Janet & Salman were very receptive, guiding us through the different options tailored to our heat preferences. Would absolutely recommend & come beck next time we visit.

Wow, amazing food, I had a sharing plater (50 shrimp with captains kick spice, rice, chips and sides) along with a pitcher of mango and passion fruit drink all for £50. The service was really good and the staff were polite, th ONLY thing stopping a full 5 star is the side plate you eat from was very cold, so putting food on it made the meal go cold quicker than I desired. But all in all, I would definitely go again!

The flavour was truly exceptional. The boil was incredibly “flavoursome,” hitting all the right notes with a depth of spice and savory richness that made every bite addictive. Crucially, the seafood itself was “cooked well,” tender, and succulent, which is the mark of a quality seafood spot. The prawns were plump, and every element of the boil absorbed the wonderful sauce.
Shrimp & Co delivered a meal that was not only massive but also expertly prepared and deeply enjoyable. This is a five-star experience and highly recommended if looking for a dining location in Leicester.
