It’s honestly my own fault for getting pho at a thai place. Normally i don’t eat at asian places that don’t specialize in one cuisine because they’re usually not very good. This place has thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese. But i was really craving pho and decided to give it a chance since some reviews said the pho was good. It was genuinely the worst “pho” I’ve ever had. It wasn’t even really pho. The broth didn’t taste like pho and quickly became flavorless because there were way too many noodles. Literally the entire bowl was noodles with barely any broth so the noodles quickly became bloated. The beef wasn’t good either. Next time I’ll have to try a Thai dish.

I was a little disappointed when I was told the sushi chef is on vacation in Thailand. (Their sushi is so good but I hope he’s having a great time) So I was forced to try something new. Really glad I did! Singapore beef noodles. 10/10, will have to try the next spice level up next time.

I was staying at the Westin and looked up food around me and saw Lotus was close by. I’m really glad I chose it. My server was really welcoming and went above in beyond to make my meal amazing. The owner also introduced himself to me and after a lovely conversation, he gave me his homemade coconut ice cream. I usually don’t like coconut ice cream, but it was delicious. I will be back.

My husband and I ate some delicious food while visiting Cincinnati in November. The comforting cuisine and welcoming environment was exactly what I needed as we were in town for my grandmother’s funeral. This is a family owned restaruant and the owner happened to be our waiter for the evening. Everything was absolutely marvelous… from the seaweed salad, spring rolls, vegetable pad Thai and our entrees of pho and curry soups. The people working were very helpful, making wonderful recommendations, and answering all our questions about the menu. The whole experience was soo amazing and to top it all off… the owner gave us free HOMEMADE cookies and cream ice cream- that they make IN HOUSE. If you want a hearty meal for the low with excellent service either to go or in house, this is the place to be. Thank you so much again and we will be back VERY SOON.

Nice place with great service. The food came out pretty quick overall.
Sushi was good according to a friend who had it.
Thai tea was delicious according to another friend.
I had the Pho and it was overloaded with noodles and very little broth which is the opposite of what it should be so I was somewhat disappointed because I enjoy the time it takes to make a good broth and the richness in the flavor of it when done right.
Overall a nice place.
Enjoy!

Came in and was nothing short of amazed!! I can’t believe I’ve been putting off coming here. The service was amazing. Chris was perfect. Funny and helpful! The pad Thai was so good!! Hot and fresh. The wonton soup and the fried banana as desert was magnificent. Thank you so much for this little gem! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely the worst Thai food I’ve ever eaten. Soggy noodles drowning in a disgustingly sweet sauce. Not even close to the correct flavors for Pad Sea Ewe.
Foul smelling egg and chicken. The egg was fried to a crisp and just chopped up on top. Not at all prepared in any traditional sense.
They either don’t know or don’t care about what they’re doing.

Visited this place over the weekend during lunch hours. Place is nice, clean and a fresh look. Menu is simple and straightforward. We ordered Chicken Coconut Milk Soup, Edamame, Thai Spicy Fried Rice and Singapore Noodles. Except Edamame everything was fresh and tasty food. We enjoyed the food. We tried spiciest level but it was still acceptable. So we asked for spicy sauce which changed the whole taste. Edamame was warmed in microwave and we’re uncooked. We returned it and restaurant did not charged for it. Not much of apologize given from owner. I would have gave 5 star but service was bad. You literally need patience to enjoy food here. It tooks almost 25 min to get appetizers and then additional 10 min for remaining food. There were only 3 tables occupied when we ordered including ours. It seems they give priority to take out orders or online orders than the customer who are actually dining in. Not sure how owner handles order when the restaurant is at least half occupied. So visit here if you want to enjoy good food but make sure you have at least 1 hour to spent. Else try something else.

At first I wasn’t sure; the place was pretty empty and the wait staff was eating as we entered.
It filled up quickly for lunch around 12:15. The servers were very nice, attentive to our needs and worked together.
The lotus fried rice and fried bananas were excellent. We also had gyoza and wonton soup; both were decent.
We asked for a few things that they didn’t have because they were difficult to make and they were short staffed.
You should know that Although they have sushi; it’s a very limited menu and never have tuna.
Overall, I would go back again for lunch and there are a few other things that I would like to try on the menu.

I had such a great experience at Lotus Thai and Sushi! The sushi was super fresh and tasty, and the Thai dishes had amazing flavor. Just the right amount of spice. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
