Always so happy when we eat there. From their coffee and flavored creamer to anything on the menu. Everytime we go for breakfast i always leave feeling over full because its just so good I can help but keep eating. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

First time to Mel’s. This was the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Basic American breakfast at a high quality and great taste. Even better was the service! Mel’s Raspberry Patch is a good place to start one’s day. We were in the area for a family wedding stopped in for breakfast. Although the parking lot was full, we did not have to wait for a table. I had three thick slices of French toast, which was good. My husband enjoyed a cheese omelet, raisin bread toast, and home fries made with red potatoes.

Well, I didn’t know there were two of these within 10 miles of each other. I do prefer the other location due to it’s ambience.
We both ordered the country fried steak and she had scrambled eggs to my sunnsyside up. The Tabasco kicked things up to more of what I’m used to flavor-wise. The raspberry ice tea here wasn’t as good as the other location. It seemed watered down.
