Arby’s “We got the beef.”
I went there at 7:30 pm 02/27/26. Drove up to get a $7.99 box and a Arby’s roast beef. I went through drive thru. The lady came 9n the PA and the first words out of her mouth, guess? She said ” Just to let you know, we are out of roast beef.” I ask her to repeat herself. She said it again. I was like what. I mean Arby’s without roast beef is like Chic Fil la without chicken.
That is blatantly poor management and a horrible ran business.

As usual with all fast food drive thru. They screwed up my order did not get what I ordered. Got to my destination and went back to get the right one. Lucky I was a short distance away. The food was not great. If you are going to charge what they do at least have good customer service. Food all across the fast food business is going down. While prices are going up.

This Arby’s is never very busy. You normally can walk up and get your food fairly quickly. However, this last time I went they lost my order and had cleared it out of the system. I was the second order that was placed. There were 5 other orders that we have filled before I went to the front and asked about mine. They did not have it but I showed them my receipt and they started working on it. Gave me a free apple turnover so I guess that was okay.

Messed up my order for the 3rd time. Ordered a deluxe burger and a crispy chicken sandwich. Got home and they gave me two burgers with bacon on them. It’s a 15 min drive for me and I was significantly annoyed to not want to go back. The experience is just bad.

Fries were cold and stale, we asked for the roast beef and cheddar, not what we got. The cashier wasn’t listening/paying attention at all. We asked for the beef and cheddar and she rang us up for the classic. When we went to the counter to ask about the cheddar the cashier and the drive thru cashier both talked loudly and rudely claiming we wanted something for free. The drive thru employee claimed she heard us say classic. I looked at her and said, actually we asked for 2 #1’s which is the beef and cheddar. To which she rolled her eyes and said that isn’t what she heard. Surprising considering she was busy taking a drive thru order at the time. The entire staff was rude from the beginning. I will never eat there again.

Terrible quality of food. The hot jalapeño bites were soggy, fish sandwich was alright.
Cleanliness was questionable, and the guy with the cap, who was working in the kitchen, spit in the dining area trash can before he left after his shift.

As soon as you enter the restaurant there is a muggy smell and inside is very outdated. food was decent I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. this place could definitely use a facelift.

Arby’s has gone over the top with their pricing and is no longer a viable option
For $13.00 or $14.00, I can have a sit down meal with a waiters and metal utensils.

Food and service was good. The bathrooms were designed terribly. You basically have to sand back to back at the urinal and sink, pretty uncomfortable. The changing station also was also in the way of the entrance door, so if you were changing you baby and someone came in, they basically ran right into you.
