The pizza at Doughboys gourmet pizzeria is delicious. My son and daughter visited over the weekend from New York City and they couldn’t believe how delicious the pizza was from the crust, sauce, and toppings were exceptional. Best pizza around! I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed. They are always pleasant and accommodating. You are greeted by Colleen when you enter and she has the brightest personality and is always happy. If you are having a bad day she will make you forget about it for a while. Their pizzas have a distinct flavor unmatched in Bville. You will certainly enjoy your pizza and visit to Doughboys.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend if you’re looking for delivery. We have ordered delivery a few times now and it has been late by nearly 30 mins every time. That’s on top of an initial 45 minute wait time. They charge for extra dressings and this time around we did not even receive the extra ranch we ordered. By the time you sit down to eat your pizza it’s room temperature. The cost to deliver a cheese pizza, specialty pizza, 20 boneless wings and extra ranch was over $70. Absolutely not worth the cost for the experience. I’m sure an in dining experience is good, considering the pizza itself tastes great but we will have to move on to somewhere else for delivery.

Was only in town for 1 night for a concert. We wanted a great pizza before the show and found this gem online. After reading the reviews, there was no reason to look any further. Stopped in to pick up our pie and met the owner. Super nice, cares about quality, service and satisfaction. What more could you ask for?!? The pizza was phenomenal and exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you for a stellar pie. Highly recommended!!!

Stick to making pizza and remove the other items from your menu. The microwaved chicken tenders made us very sick and the salad with shreded rotisserie chicken was the most disappointing salad I’d ever seen. The fried dough was ok, you can keep that on the menu. It also took 2 hours for the delivery to arrive.

We’ve done both take out and delivery from Dough Boy’s numerous times. Our pizza and everything else we order is always delicious. Made exactly how we ask for it. Also everyone we’ve ever interacted with there has been an absolute delight. And the biggest thing: when we get delivery, even though they are the furthest pizza place to our home our food shows up hot every time, which in Baldwinsville, seems to be impossible from anyone else! So props to them for making sure we always get our moneys worth! Thanks for being the best around Dough Boy’s crew!!!

When I pass through Baldwinsville mainly to see my mom, I like to get a B’ville pizza. I’m from Bville and the pizza industry was always extremely cut throat when I was a kid. I graduated in 2004 and I worked at most of the pizza spots mainly as a delivery driver. Joe was the first person I worked for when I was 15 with working papers. I also worked for Sals, Pizza Man, Gino & Joes, Hometown Pizza (now known as Average Joes)
& Little Caesars back when it was in Smiths Plaza.
I was grabbing a pizza from all of those places (except LC’s ) fairly regularly and just keeping it on repeat but was noticing a fall in quality from all my old work locations. I hadn’t visited Dough boys since my father passed away about 5 years ago, Then I remembered where it All started, and it was at Dough Boys. My Father used to always order from Dough boys specifically the meat ball pizza. He loved the fact the meatballs were always home made (like his own) & made by his mother who comes in to help in the early mornings. For almost 30 years she has been by Joe (the owner) side helping her son perfect and maintain his craft.
We were so happy to have gone back. When you walk in you might as well be in the kitchen. The shop was comfortable for a summer day and everyone was super nice and personable. The pizza shop was SPOTLESS from top to bottom!! Really impressed to see that. Was in and out in 5 mins.
The food was perfect. On point and incredible taste. I was fighting my wife for the last slice and there were 0 leftovers to be had. The dough is always perfect; a crunch at first but a nice soft foldable NY style slice. The wings were crispy as ordered and even though the sauces got switched on the wings, everything was still insanely delicious. We couldn’t find anything to complain about if we tried and we will most certainly not order from anywhere else in Baldwinsville from now on. He remembered me from working there and my family from being his customers. He thanked me personally for ordering and gave me coupons. Can’t ask for much more than that. Thanks Again Joe!

* All of the pizzas have always had the FRESHEST ingredients on top of EXCELLENT tasting dough that is baked just right.
