This place is rude ordered a drink on the app the line in the drive thru was long so we said we where going to do inside pickup. We could not cancel the order when we walked in the door they said they where closed and we could not have out drink. There was 3 other customers just standing around on the inside of the restaurant

EDIT: Not only did they get my order wrong, they OVERCHARGED ME. 3 mcdoubles (1 @ $1, 2 @2.89) and a large fry should not have been over $12 with tax. I was charged 14 and change, and paid with cash so unfortunately I can’t charge back. Hope they enjoyed the food they stole on my money!
Pulled into the drive through at around 7:30pm. No one was ahead of me except 1 person at the window. Waited for a few minutes for someone to take my order, but no one spoke until I prompted with “hello?”
Gave my order once finally greeted, then silence. No confirmation, no calling my order back, nothing on screen. I added “that’s all” and they asked if that was all. I Again, did not call back my order. Got to the window, paid, did not get a receipt but I usually don’t mind that. The amount sounded right for my order. Pull up, sit and wait for a good long while. Other people get their food behind me and drive off. One girl is cleaning and opens the window, looks out, says nothing and goes back to cleaning. After a few more minutes, i finally get my food. No words, no greeting or apology for the wait. Mind you, it was NOT busy and at least 4 working in the store.
Made my order for 2 sets of the buy 1, get 1 for $1… but only got 3 sandwiches. They check and said I was only rung up for three, but they would ring me up another at full price. I asked why would I do that when the 4th sandwich is supposed to be $1. The girl snidely argued with me, i told her she did not call my order back and why would anyone NOT order the deal? Nor did I get a receipt. She said something unintelligible about mcdoubles and walked off. I sat there, waiting, as other employees seemed to joke around. One finally opened the window and asked if I wanted to be charged another. I told him I’ll just order 2, because if I have to pay full price again I’ll at least get the deal. The girl from before yelled something from the back, and he then told me they had no more mcdoubles.
All of this to say that the service of that particular crew is garbage and they shouldn’t work in anything retail or food service, especially the girl who took my order.
Other orders have always been slow, but this took the cake.
