Grabbed breakfast here the other day. Had a smothered breakfast burrito. Single meat and Small size. Food was good and the portion was spot on. Downside was the (all too often) cold plate with hot food. Breakfast fail. The eggs inside were fairly hot, hashbrowns warm but after that the green chili was luke warm. It was all pretty much room temp as I worked towards the end. Yes it was good. But there’s NO excuse for plates not being hot (Los Compas in CC does it right)
The service was very nice. Found a chair and was given a menu within a minute and drink order taken. Very friendly ladies taking care of the customers. Coffee never went empty. Table cleaned off, check given and never pushy.
The atmosphere (large room, never saw the smaller room) and the furnishings don’t match up the the cute sign and logo. Rather cafeteria vibe with banquet tables and chairs and generic booths. Had visions of a more “down home” and decorative style than a room full of tables and chairs. There’s room for some decor and hominess to perk up the place.
Overall: worthy stop.
*EDIT- looking at online images it does appear there is more decorative attention given to the smaller dining area than the big room.

Fantastic breakfast spot. The service was spot on. The food was hot and fresh even given the fact that the restaurant was very crowded. Everything came out timely and was great. I had the 18 wheeler breakfast. It was a lot of food but super good.

Cute, cozy diner set on Main Street in Florence. Menu with plenty of options, breakfast all day, nice choice of burgers, salads, senior and kids meals. The omlettes are delicious, potatoes served hot and crunchy, good size burger with plenty of flavor. Service was good with refills offered. Prices were fair for the serving size. Didn’t need the restroom so I can’t comment on that, but the rest of the diner is clean and nice.

Copper Kettle was great! The food portions were huge and everything was absolutely delicious. Everyone in our group felt like we had stepped back into our hometown café—yes, it’s a little dated and cozy, but the atmosphere and quality of food more than make up for it. Highly recommend making the drive if you’re in the area!
