Our server Dylon was on top of it! Service was great and food was good as well. Drinks from the bar and food took alittle long to come out but not unbearable. Their endless pasta deal was great:)

We had our Christmas lunch catered in on Saturday and we’re able to to pick up in person as the Olive Garden is right behind us from Our Porsche Cincinnati King’s location. The staff was super nice as we were there just before opening and everything was prepared for us perfectly, included a whole Cheesecake, Yummy!!

Kristy was the best waitress ever and Dillon is an amazing manager. These two made my experience top tier. They were both so accommodating and helpful. They embody service excellence. Dillon was amazing and helped to make sure hst I had the meal I wanted and Kristy made the whole experience fun and amazing. She went above and beyond. Offered us some options for night life and made our dinner great.

i’m sad writing this because out of the hundreds of times i’ve eaten at olive garden this was the worst experience i’ve ever had. we went into this location on feb 21 and sat at table 54. our waitress came over like normal, got our drinks and once our drinks came out took our food order. i didn’t really look at the menu since i knew what i wanted, i only looked to make sure it was something they made, but that turned out to be my mistake. i ordered the shrimp scampi which is something i have not tried at olive garden but love the dish. i’ve never had, heard or seen asparagus in shrimp scampi before and i never want to. it tasted SO bad. we sent the food back and ordered something new that turned out fine. the manager came over and was by far the weirdest experience, giggled when i told her about the asparagus in my dish and overall has an awkward way about her so it made us feel awkward. i’m not sure if our waitress was new or overworked because she was struggling. the table across from us, their bill was wrong and another table of hers order was wrong as well. only way i know this is because she would not stop saying “i’m so sorry” to us and every table around us. she said this about 100 times and we understand she was sorry the first time. while we waited for our food she would constantly come over to our table and talk so fast saying something is coming they’ll have it right out but then 4 minutes later she would walk back with nothing in her hands and said again she was “so sorry i’ll go check on that”. or like when she was taking my shrimp scampi away and said a manager was coming over but then came back and asked if the manager had come to speak with us but she had not been over. she never asked us for more drinks or a drink refill, we got 1 drink only. overall just a very weird experience and wanted to leave 15 minutes into sitting down.

This Olive Garden was never one for the best dining experience, but I found that recently the place has really turned a new leaf. I’m not sure if they stepped into new management or something, but the place smells a lot nicer, the staff is attentive, and the food is the same quality you would expect from any decent Olive Garden out there. I definitely recommend this spot if you are looking for a casual quick Italian now with the family in the afternoon.

Lunch here was a delight. The endless soup, salad and breadsticks were delicious and a great value. The salad was crisp and fresh, soup was the perfect temp, and the breadsticks were hot. Our server was very attentive and brought refills right away. We had a great experience!

Okay, my boyfriend and I come to this location regularly for dinner, and we’ve always had good experiences. The food is delicious, and we’ve never had a bad experience with the service until yesterday. We came after lunch was over, and a girl served us who I initially thought was friendly and helpful, but her attitude was very unprofessional, and to be honest, I didn’t expect her to be so disrespectful and unprofessional. She started flirting with my boyfriend, and you could tell she was interested in him because when we arrived, she had her hair up, and when she started serving us, she let her hair down. When she came to the table, she only asked him if everything was okay. I just want her to know that her behavior was very sleazy, disrespectful, and unprofessional. You come here to enjoy the food, not to be disrespected like that. I didn’t catch her name, but I can tell you she was short, maybe 5’1″, white, and skinny, and young. I’m very disappointed with my last visit because I really like coming here.

We’ve stopped at this location when we’ve traveled through Cincinnati. At least four times over the past 10 years. Excellent every time!
