White Castle is a place we visit maybe once a month in the late evening, it can be a hit or miss. Tonight’s visit was a mix!! We got the 30 cheese crave clutch which was hot and fresh, we tried the new cheddar chicken rings, flavor was good but chicken rings were not that fresh.. customer service was friendly and helpful, drive thru time about 15 minutes, overall not too bad for a Wednesday night.

Every time I’ve been the food was always hot and fresh and delicious! The only downside is they always seem to be short staffed. I don’t know the supervisor’s name (he’s REALLY tall) but he has been very helpful when I needed anything. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.

I’ve tried 3 times now to get breakfast late at night, since White Castle is a 24/7 breakfast place, and I’ve been denied all 3 times. The other night I decided to door dash White Castle and get breakfast, once the dasher got to White Castle, he had to wait over 30 minutes for just a sausage egg and cheese slider and some hash browns. And finally once my food got here, the egg was crusty and hard, the sausage was not fully done, and the hash browns were cold, almost like they had been sitting out for an hour. I get breakfast here all the time, but for some reason night shift doesn’t like doing breakfast. They should take it off the menu if they’re not gonna do it. I will admit there has been once about 8 months ago that I went at night and they did serve me breakfast no problem. But now they won’t do it anymore.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place was absolutely disgusting. What is the meat? It sure isn’t beef! This place is also super dirty. This restaurant chain needs to be shut down. The food is absolute garbage.

We thought it would be good to get a late night snack before calling it a night. I haven’t had White Castle in a very long time, and I thought it would be good to try them out again. I was the only one ordering from the inside, and it took a while for the food to come out, and when it came out, not everything was there. I asked them for the missing items, and they said they would get to it. It took more time for them to make it, and there wasn’t a sense of urgency at all. We got our food and took it back to the hotel, and then I noticed that the 1921 slider did not look anything like the picture. There wasn’t any lettuce, tomato, or pickle in it. It was a pretty poor experience this time around.

This incident occurred recently while I was a customer at your establishment.
I was ordering a milkshake when I overheard a fellow customer, seated in a booth, discussing deeply disturbing topics involving bestiality. This content was explicit and highly inappropriate for a public dining setting.
I felt compelled to express my profound disagreement with the nature of the conversation being conducted publicly.
The most concerning part of this situation was the response from your staff. Multiple employees actively intervened to defend the customer’s comments, justifying the conversation as an exercise of “freedom of speech” and noting that the individual is a daily patron who is “fine.”
It is unacceptable that a paying customer, seeking a meal, should be subjected to hearing such vulgar and illegal content. Furthermore, the experience was compounded by the fact that multiple employees actively defended and supported the individual discussing these egregious acts, and effectively attacked me for voicing my objection.
I was utterly shocked by the unanimous support displayed by your employees for such morally reprehensible and potentially criminal topics. The level of agreement with this kind of behavior among your staff is alarming and reflects poorly on the standards of your business.
(Note: The milkshake itself was satisfactory.)

When you were in Lexington you have a choice of thousands of different places to eat, but only two of them are White Castle! If you’re into tiny little burgers this is the spot! They have it all day breakfast menu, and the location is super convenient, right off new circle road. Plenty of parking is available and the restrooms are clean. The people working were friendly and I received my order fast. My food was fresh and hot, although the mozzarella sticks don’t have a great taste. Everything else was superb!

I just went to the White Castle on New Circle, Road and the drive-through was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through. The man at the window taking orders was the rudest person I have ever met an ideal with the public every day. I highly recommend do not go to this location. Go to Reynolds Road. There are a lot more friendlier.
