Well I’ve been coming here since 2012 and they never disappoint ever! I celebrated here 3 of my birthdays and some with just casual dinner with my friends. I celebrated my birthday last year here too at melting pot, I just loved their food, the service, atmosphere and just all the vibe was just so relaxing. They’re always busy when I visit but never had a bad experience with them, the servers are very friendly and attentive and even the manager was very polite and friendly even gave me a freebies because it was my Birthday thank you so much!! Of course I’ll be back again with all my family members and close friends with me 🙂 Enjoy my cute photos!!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our meal and our server was amazing-very attentive and kind as you would expect of an establishment of this caliber. My only complaints are that our drinks took almost 30 minutes to arrive to our table and service was slow as they were very busy, which is understandable, but on our way out, a staff person commented “they were here forever.” I found that quite rude as we were there for 2 hours for 4 courses and most of that was due to delays in drinks coming to us when we would order them because the bar staff was really struggling. So, that definitely could have been better and that is why my service and atmosphere scores are lower than they could have been. Perhaps more understanding and less rude staff would improve scores across the board.

My daughter and I had the most incredible daddy-daughter dinner date at The Melting Pot! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy, elegant, and perfect for a special evening. The entire experience felt personal and memorable.
A huge shoutout to our server, Luke, who truly made the night unforgettable. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. He explained everything clearly, made great recommendations, and added such a fun and welcoming energy to our table.
The food was absolutely delicious — every course was a treat, from the cheese fondue to the perfectly cooked entrées and the decadent chocolate dessert. My daughter loved every moment, and it’s a memory we’ll both cherish for a long time.
Thank you to Luke and the entire team for making our daddy-daughter night so special. We can’t wait to come back again!

I wanted to update our previous review. We have been long-time patrons of the Melting Pot, and today we had a wonderful experience all around. Dominic was an absolute wonderful server, he was extremely attentive and made sure our whole family was taken care of! The manager, Keenan, made sure we had a great experience and truly was on top of everything. The care the team took to make sure we had a great experience was certainly noted. We cannot thank the Melting Pot enough for a wonderful holiday celebration. We hope to continue coming here for every special celebration we have because the team definitely ensures to provide an unforgettable time for those special occasions!

Took my daughter her for her 11th birthday. Really enjoyed the food and service was on point. Our waiter Zak was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend, and we will be back. We’ve never had fondue and overall we had a very lovely time. The server Zack was very helpful and personable. The cheese was good and the salad impressed me with the detail and delicious dressing. My only complaint about the main course was there weren’t enough vegetables. We could get a plate of veggies alacarte, but that shouldn’t be necessary. The 4 spears of asparagus, 4 mushroom tops, and sliced zucchini was not enough. The meats were nicely seasoned/marinated and the large array of sauces were wonderful. We aren’t lovers of super-sweet food, so we opted for the dark chocolate fondue and it was perfect. There were many very sweet things to dip. We would have preferred more fruit. There was significant delay between courses, so the whole dinner was about 2 hours and 15 minutes, a bit of a slog. We’ll be doing this again for special occasions.
