This is hands down one of the best authentic Thai restaurants I’ve been to outside of Thailand. The flavors are rich, balanced, and truly remind me of being in Bangkok. You can really taste the difference knowing Chef Aommy graduated from one of the top culinary schools in Thailand(School of Oriental Hotel Apprenticeship Program from Mandarin Oriental Hotel) Every dish was perfectly balanced with authentic flavors—from the curries to the noodles, everything tasted just like it does in Thailand.

The food here is AMAZING!! I had the Thai fried rice-spice level 2, and it was perfect for someone who enjoys some spice without it being too much. The flavor was impeccable and the service from Matee was top notch. She was extremely polite, answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations. On top of this they gave no grief to my service dog accompanying me which unfortunately despite ADA laws is sometimes a challenge when dining in restaurants who may be unaware of ADA laws regarding public access to service dogs. I live in Mesa but absolutely will make a trip back here specifically because it is just that good. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

We had a wonderful lunch here, I had red curry and my husband had massaman curry, both were wonderful. Mango sticky rice was divine. The portions were large, a lunch portion ended up being 2 meals and a snack! Very reasonable prices and excellent service. I was very thirsty and the gal refilled my water constantly. We had a great time here, thank you!

Everything ALWAYS delicious! I go on La Mai Thai binges where I can’t get enough. We will order in and out 3 days in a row. We have also tried pretty much everything on the menu now. We gave yet to have one bad choice. I’m pretty sure this is our family’s favorite restaurant in Fountain Hills. The owner is so kind too. He always expresses his gratitude.

I kinda like it, but it’s not the authentic Thai food that I was expecting. The pad Thai is not compared to the pad Thai that I have tried already, the hot and sour is also different. I love beef noodle soup, fried rice, and orange chicken. Prices are too much.

I had a taste for Thai, and La Mai Thai was on my way home. Though a small place in a nondescript strip mall, it delivered on food and service. My plate of Spicy Noodles was enormous and great. I am happy I stopped.

This place is legit! I have traveled to Thailand a bunch and the food here is so authentic! Everything is plated beautifully and we cannot wait to make this our regular spot for takeout! We decided to stop in to try it in person before doing takeout, but we are officially calling ourselves regulars at La Mai Thai!
