So I never leave a bad review but this one really got me upset came in last night craving brisket and it went like this, got seated waited 10 minutes before we was served we had enough time to think about food and drinks so we placed at the same time with the server then got food 13 minutes later once the food hit the table my wife said is your food cold and I said yes my Brisket is cold but I’m not complaining I’m hungry so I called the server to get her meal right because cold ribs isn’t it and her sweet potatoe was cold also, so we got a replacement and the ribs was cold again so we asked for the manager came 6 minutes later to explain to me my ribs and my wife’s ribs came off the same slab when I ordered St Louis ribs and she got baby backs so he lied then said I’ll make you one my self went to kitchen and 5 minutes later came back with some rib nice and hot but by that time my wife was soo upset she didn’t wanna even eat and her 2nd sweet potato was cold also. The manager offered to remove it off the bill and when server came back my bill wasn’t discounted and I was like the manager was gonna remove it $14.99 so then she talked to him and all they removed was $10 like wow this is bad service 100% I will never go back there and I warn people now sorry I had to write this higher ups need to listen to customers too

I had the pick 3, dry ribs, sliced brisket and sliced pork. Toast and double fries. I prefer when they put the 2nd fry in a separate bag as pictured. Everything was piping Hot! The only small complaint would be the flat ribs. They barely had meat on them. But that is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. Can’t always get the perfect ribs. Cashier was super sweet!

As returning clients of our favorite restaurant today they went above and beyond. Bailey was an amazing host from the start. She was very friendly and professional kept a positive attitude. The pandemic changed a lot so they don’t do reservations. The staff did their very best even on Super Bowl Sunday to seat my party together. We were together but seated at separate tables. I assured them it was okay if not and don’t stress but as people left we were able luckily to sit close together. This made my dad’s 69th birthday celebration so much more meaningful. Heather and Alex were great waitress and did great being that we had maybe 25-30 people. The wait wasn’t long and my family enjoyed our time there together. We will be back and I’m so grateful for the professionalism and time efficiency of the staff. Thank you all you’re very much appreciated for your hard work.

We went for dinner last night with my 2 young kiddos. Our waitress was Christal she was very attentive and checking on us. She made sure our food was made and cooked correctly. She was very friendly patient and kind. Highly recommend Sonny’s and Christal!

This was my first time at Sonnys! My family and I went to Jacksonville for my birthday weekend. We had an amazing waitress, I wish I could remember her name. But she was amazing The food was great, and we got a family deal for around $100.00 that fed 9 of us and we had left overs. That included a couple of teenagers. Great experience overall

Ordered online for delivery. Should have gotten 3 large cokes only got one. Order corn nuggets and got a small cup of ranch that was only 1/4 full. Ordered a brisket sandwich and it was mostly fat. I’ve had this hard before but thought it was just a bad sandwich. Will not order from them again.

This is Sonny’s Baked Potato! I have been telling them to do this! Finally today I learned that they just started selling them.
Baked Potato, candied bacon, pulled pork, Mac n cheese all created in a 3 or 4 lb dream!! My gosh for $11 I can feed easily 2 or 3 of us! Add a huge side salad from them as well for a complete meal. This is from the Sonny’s on Lane. I think they are all independently owned and operated, but not ! But no matter what I ever get there it’s always great! A huge glass of sweet tea, I’m in heaven! Yummy

I have to agree with Chris Bunn on the Banana Pudding though…it was HORRIBLE and made a very unhappy ending to an otherwise great meal! I saved it to take back and show them, but ran out of time to do so. So I just dismissed it. Live and learn, don’t believe I will have faith in dessert there again. McDonalds hot fudge Sundae would have been way better!

I love Sonny’s their cuban sandwich is so good with the mustard sauce! And our server Stephanie Denmark was the sweetest and kept our drinks full, I will definitely ask for her again!

Honestly one of the best Sonny’s locations I’ve been too. Service was super fast and food was hot and high quality. Host/staff was very friendly and gave this incredible heart warming sensation like being by cozy campfire in the winter! 10/10 would recommend
