The food and beverages were excellent. Our entire party ordered the filet and lobster tail combination. The steak was prepared exactly as requested and seasoned to perfection. We also shared the lobster mac and cheese, which was exceptional. Even the Caesar salad was fresh and well prepared.
Although I am not typically a fan of bread pudding, it was the chef’s selection, and I found it to be better than expected.
Two stars were deducted due to the service. Our dining experience would have been outstanding had the service matched the quality of the food. Unfortunately, our server was not very personable and appeared quite stiff throughout the evening. He did not provide our table with the same level of attentiveness and enthusiasm that we observed him giving to nearby tables. He was noticeably more engaging with other guests and offered minimal interaction with our party. Additionally, we had to request our desserts at the conclusion of the meal.

My wife and I went there for my birthday dinner. I ordered a Caesar salad for my starter and my wife ordered the wedge salad. We also ordered the sizzling crab cakes which are my wife’s favorite anywhere! We ordered the 11oz filet and jumbo lobster tail for our entre and brussel sprouts, lobster Mac and cheese and loaded whipped mashed potatoes for our sides. This meal was as good as any meal that I’ve ever had. The steak and lobster tail were cooked perfectly and everything else was amazing! Chuck was the manager that night! He was extremely attentive and made sure that we were happy throughout the evening. He was great! Alivia was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal! We will make sure that we have her each and every time we come back to Ruth’s Chris! I highly recommend coming here to eat. It’s not cheap, but it’s so worth it!

Had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really stood out. Our waiter, Brandt, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of without being overbearing. He gave great recommendations and checked in at all the right times. Because of him, our visit felt extra special. We’ll definitely be back!

Last night I celebrated my birthday at Ruth Chris Steak House, Dallas, TX. Prior to my arrival, the staff had sprinkled my table with happy birthday decor. The steak was seasoned to perfection. The side orders were generously portioned and delicious. The general manager, Brian Lingren, and server Olivia, were awesome. They had warm spirits and engaging conversations. The combination of the delightful staff and delicious foods, definitely is worth a visit. Thanks to Brian and the entire staff for making my birthday very special and memorable.

We had a late Christmas celebration at a cozy steak restaurant Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Dallas with my sisters, and it turned into one of the most memorable meals we’ve shared. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for catching up and enjoying each other’s company. We started with three appetizers that were bursting with flavor, then moved on to our main dishes, tender lamb chops, juicy steak, and perfectly stuffed chicken. Every bite was delicious. We added three tasty sides and ended with two rich desserts that we couldn’t stop talking about.
Zach, our server, was kind, friendly and attentive, and the manager, Jeff, made us feel truly valued. Their hospitality made the night even more special. Honestly, it’s the best fine dining experience I’ve ever had, great food, great service, and even better memories with my sisters. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. ❤️

I had a great evening dining solo. Sat in the bar room. Ordered the 3 course: Cesar salad, filet w/ shrimp & garlic mashed, classic cheesecake. The meal was hot and tasty. A glass of Malbec was his as well. Overall a nice place for dinner.

This was our first time and needless to say this was the best service we ever had. From the moment we walked in and were greeted. To the restroom stop and meeting the sweetest servers Angelica and Stephanie. Who gave the warmest welcome and were a joy to converse with. Even our waitress miss Alivia was very genuine and just Amazing. She gave the best service and did not miss with her recommendations. The porterhouse was cooked to perfection and the sides were excellent. We were occasionally checked on by the manager Mr Jeff, who did a great job making sure everything came out the way it’s supposed to. Everything came out wonderfully, couldn’t ask for a better night. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. Will definitely be coming back!

We decided to have dinner here the evening before Thanksgiving and had made our reservation weeks in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted right away and seated immediately. This was our first time at this location, and the restaurant was very clean and nicely kept. There were already a few large tables dining, but the atmosphere still felt calm and welcoming.
Water and bread service came out almost immediately, which was a great start. Our waitress, Jennifer, greeted us shortly after, took our drink and entrée orders, and was friendly, quick, and efficient all night. She provided excellent service from start to finish.
The food arrived sooner than expected, and I have to say—this was probably the best steak I’ve ever had at a Ruth’s Chris. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely melted in my mouth. The manager also stopped by to check on us; I didn’t catch his name, but he was extremely polite and professional.
Overall, an exceptional experience. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be stopping in again!
