The food and deserts were first rate. Ordered the BBQ sandwich and eggplant parm. When you are hungry, the quality, taste and prep of the food is probably most important to you. Try the rice pudding and cheese cake, I think you will enjoy them. However I do have to compliment the promptness of the service and friendliness of the staff at the Oxford store. Even the customers were helpful. I am glad I joined the rewards program as I plan on going back regularly.

Had a wonderful experience! Ordered trays of sandwiches /wraps to pickup the day before Thanksgiving and both people I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and friendly and had great customer service . Sandwiches were fresh and delicious.

Good place, friendly people, sandwiches are good, bread is clean and fresh. A shame nobody can hold the spot for longer than a couple years. Only things i can really complain about is their sandwiches are constructed with the meat tucked in like a tack because they don’t cut the bread in half which means when they put vegetables and sauces on it…the moisture doesnt soak into the bread, it drips like no tomorrow. Like I said. Good though

Had a great lunch here ….ordered the classic Italian combo as is and let the sandwich maker do their thing …..was fresh ….full of Italian meats …..the special made sauce…. sandwich was huge for the price of a subway footlong …left feeling full and satisfied…..

They have the best grinders ever! I ordered the Classic 3 meat combo sandwich with everything on it. It was delicious! The cost was $6.80.They also have the best Canoli’s. The prices are very reasonable. And they are open on sunday. They have a nice dining area with a fireplace.

I’ve been going to Nardelli‘s in Naugatuck for many many years and once they opened in Southbury, it has been nothing but but terrible in the beginning when they first opened I talked to the owner and also talked to Naugatuck the original store again I tried it probably been there six or seven times cost me $40 for a salad Again the grinder sandwich meat was cut so thick it was disgusting. No wonder it only took two seconds to make this sandwich I should’ve realized that and gave them step-by-step instructions but when I open the salad to see there were two pieces of meat and one piece of cheese for 12 bucks I thought That’s just awful. We’ll never go there again. I hope people start reading this and realize that the owner has never ever tried to correct anything couple of months ago apparently got rid of the men who were cutting the meat too thick walked in there yesterday and they had some new people making grinders again took them two seconds got home and almost dared on the sandwich $40 for basically the worst meal I have ever had and it’s not the first time what a shame because Nardelli is a wonderful place in Naugatuck the original so unless you give them step-by-step instructions, you can guarantee you will not be satisfied and like I said I have tried and talk to the owner several times about it, but he just doesn’t care apparently What a shame I used to love my brother, but if you want a good meal, go to the original

Idk why I even bothered going here today. Never had a good sandwich from this location. Got turkey on a roll. The roll was stale. Barely any mayo on it. Lettuce is yellow. Got no smile from anyone working here. Definitely the very last time I’ll give them a chance.
