This was my first time coming here and I had a really good experience to be honest. The worker taking our order was really nice and he was smiling a lot to us which I liked. He was friendly and helped us what to order because it was our first time here. I got a supreme meal combo and I got the cheese curds which were really good as well. I also liked the burger and I thought it was fresh and it came loaded with toppings. I would definitely come back when I am in the area. The good came out fast bud I would just say they should add a little music for people to listen to and just keep the atmosphere up. It felt empty but other than that I liked it.

We love our Birch Run Halo Burger. Not only are the people friendly and kind, but whoever decorates according to whatever holiday at hand is extraordinare!!! I felt like an excited kid when my husband and I walked in there today. I’ve seen there amazing decor at Christmas, but never at Halloween. Christmas was like mini Bronners and now Halloween was absolutely awesome !!! Decor absolutely everywhere you looked. Great job Birch Run. Great food and fun!!! These are only 2 pics of many many decorations.

Help needed!
There was a sign on the door advertising for applicants.
I was excited to try this little place that’s been serving up burgers since 1923 off I 75
My first stop was to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was Not clean at all. As I was leaving two members of the staff, we’re headed in to clean it up and they did because I needed to wash my hands after drinking my overflowing Boston cooler and getting my hands all sticky because they put too much in the cup
After ordering my food, I noticed I got an apple pie instead of the cherry pie I requested The burgers were your Typical old-time style, but the onion rings and tater tots were soaked in grease.
It’s hard for me to leave a bad review, but by the end of my dining experience, I couldn’t wait to leave

im sorry but the lady here needs to be fired. I have not seen this bad of customer service, the guy who took our order was AMAZING! but the lady giving out orders was terribly rude, practically yelling at customers. we ordered when no one was in here and our order was done pretty fast, but they wouldn’t give it to us because one side wasn’t finished yet so our food was sitting and getting cold. we asked the guy to just give it to us and we’ll wait for the side. an the lady yelled at us saying “WE DONT DO THAT.” I also asked my boyfriend to go get me a ranch and she told him that he needed to pay $.32 but i had ordered a sauce and never got it… the guy who took our order though… awesome. the lady needs a talking to or to get out… sorry not sorry this isnt how you treat people

The Supreme burger and cheese curds were great. The only thing they have to work on is the fries, not a fan. Definitely a place worth going too for fast food.

Food was great as always but cold. The service was super slow. We waited a half hour for our food on the inside, the whole time we could hear the manager with long gray hair in a braid as she ruined everyone’s meal by screaming at an employee or to another employee about the said employee. Saying “she’s been here long enough” “I’ll just to it myself” “I’ve asked you 3 times” “this is ridiculous” She was ranting on and on and on. That poor employee. Instead of pulling her aside she stomped back and forth yelling. If she’s that miserable why is she a manager at a fast food restaurant.

Love their burgers, fries, cheese curds, and Boston Coolers! Staff were friendly, place was clean, food was cooked to order fresh and delicious! Also, they cook in beef tallow; no seed oils! I love the fact they put the effort to decorate for the holidays; will definitely be back on my next trip North!
