Went to this location on Monday with some friends after the Circus Du Luxe at the mall and had a very nice time! I usually don’t go to Chili’s but this place was very nice. There was no wait time and our waitress Makayla was rather attentive. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and was blown away from how good they were. Once we were close to being finished Makayla realized and got us some boxes before I was able to ask. Overall very nice atmosphere and location with even better staff and food!

First, the music was so loud in the dining area that people were talking loud to hear each other making it even louder. The floors & tables were sticky! There was not a lot of people in the restaurant at the time we entered so when I requested a booth for the two of us, I was shocked that not only did they seat us in the section full of families & kids but at one of the half booths! Normally I don’t mind sitting near the families but there was quite a few booths over on the other side which was mostly all adults! I should have spoken up but didn’t! So the half booth does not have a table big enough to hold a appetizer platter & dinner plates with drink glasses! It was very uncomfortable & not necessary! I ordered the Skillet Beef queso with warm chips, they came out immediately which I was excited until I started eating them & realized the chips were cold & the dip was room temperature. Our waiter was friendly enough but disappeared so I ate a couple of chips until our meals came. We couldn’t even eat what we ordered. It was gross! My husband ordered chicken crisper combo. He said the mac & cheese was not edible tasting like it sat in a pot all day & chewy. The chicken was dry. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. The lettuce in the center of plate was wet & wilted, the Pico I didnt eat as the tomatoes in it were white & it looked watery, which seemed weird as if this meal was someone else’s before me & they reheated the plate with everything on it! I couldn’t eat the queso’s as the cheese was so burnt inside it was hard & dry & the chicken was dry as if it had been microwaved several times!!! I tried dipping it in the sour cream but it was too gross! We had not been to Chili’s in over 25 yrs & thought we would give it a try. It was a waste of $60.00 for 2 people!!!! The waiter had asked us to leave a good review. I started the review at the restaurant but then before I could write what was wrong, the review left the screen. We belong to a group that likes to go out monthly to local restaurants, we will NOT be recommending this restaurant!!!

I ordered the 3 For Me chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. The portion sizes were large so I ended up taking home leftovers. The service was very fast even though they were busy. The noise level was low so we could have a good conversation without struggling to hear each other. There was plenty of seating. I did not find one negative – the experience was great!

Absolute worst restaurant I ever been to in my entire life The tables are sticky. The restaurant smells. The floors are sticky your shoes stick to the floor. They don’t clean the table waitresses have attitudes. save your money and go somewhere else

We were a little bit alarmed by earlier reviews – chain restaurants in the South quite often aren’t as preppy and well – managed as in New England. This one though at the time of our visit did meet expectations regarding appearance, cleanliness, service, food and drinks. Enjoy!
Update an hour later: the 4pm shift …. Did cost one star. At 4.30 we still had the leftover plates and stuff from the 3.45 meal in front of us, while the bartender was busy chatting with another waitress.

Our server was excellent and our food was very good. We both had a burger with fries and a coke and a small salad. We had a free chips and salsa but probably should’ve waited as there was to much to eat. This is a great Chili’s and they were packed with customers who all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Hats off to management for taking care of business with several birthdays being celebrated around us. Families having a good time together just makes it more special for everyone there. If you have a sweet tooth Chili’s can satisfy your sweetness with their sweetness.

This is my sons favorite place to eat. However the last couple times we came the food was horrible so when my son wanted to go for his birthday tonight I was absolutely dreading the dinner. But it was particularly wonderful!! Our burgers were not dry and burnt like before and the chicken for my sons queso was not dry either! Nancy,Ivy and Jorey did so well on the food now we will start coming back! I liked it so much i called the restaurant and asked for there names to put it in this review. I also have seen others complain as well so I hope my review will help others come back for another try. Thanks chilis for making my sons birthday dinner amazing considering this is also his FAVORITE place to eat.

My family loves coming here, and with the lunch or 3forme deals, it’s just as much as McDonald’s. Our server, Jessie, was wonderfully attentive. The atmosphere was very family friendly also. It took us by surprise when another group asked us to let them buy our meals. We made sure to pay it forward. What a blessing they started! I definitely recommend the dip trio with both queso options and the guac! I’m not a fan usually, but this was fresh and delicious.

I just left the restaurant not too long ago and had a lovely server named Madasyn who was truly the embodiment of customer service! Very attentive and polite but over all easygoing. She outshined every server I ever had in that specific chilies and that coming from me is very far and few in-between. I never had to chase down or even look for her, or ask for anything she had it all like a genie ! but when i left a review at the kiosk I mistakenly wrote max thinking that’s what she said her name was. Im so sorry Maddie I hope you have a great night and well deserved recognition

The food here was delicious. The service was great and the drinks were awesome . The guacamole was one of the best we’ve ever had and the chips were thin and crispy. Everything was finger licking good. So why the 3 stars and not more? The… wait for it… bathrooms! The bathrooms were awful. The vents had two tons of dust on them and the paper was everywhere. And they say that no matter how fantastic a restaurant is if the bathrooms are unclean then you should be careful. I’m not sure if that’s true or not but it’s something that has just stuck with me and I always think if Disney can keep their bathrooms clean why can’t any other organization in general. But that’s just me. So if you’re looking for a great meal, at a reasonable price and good service this is definitely worth the stop. But watch out for those bathrooms because all the vents are pretty gross.
