This is honestly depressing. There is no issue when ordering food here but it’s rocket science trying to get a sundae. The past two times of trying to order a berry sundae have been all busts, one said the machine wasn’t “working”, the other I was behind a person that just ordered and was all set, then when it was my turn the guy said “sorry we’re closed”. And today I went to go see if they had pokemon cards at Sam’s which was sold out, no biggie, but did not want to leave empty handed. So I went to to the food court and saw they had a new limited time item “Be mine choco-strawberry sundae” I waited for like half an hour in the extremely long line, and when I got there the guy said the machine wasn’t “working”, at this point I’m convinced THEY just don’t want to “work” and do the cleanup. So now I’ll probably never be able to try the sundae as the promotion ends feb 14. And not sure if this is just a coincidence with the staff service. But there was a time I was able to get a berry sundae, but the worker this time was a female. Every time there’s a male working there the machine is coincidentally broken. And this extremely minor inconvenience and waste of time really set off my mood. At this point I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything that takes any type of effort. :<

This has become one of the worst run Sam’s Cafes over the last 6 months. They are sold out of pizza every afternoon by 3:30 and most other food items shortly thereafter. If you get there after 5:00 you can basically get fountain drinks. Time to switch to Costco.
