I’ve been to Escalante’s in the Woodlands several times, and it’s always a great experience. The food consistently comes out fresh and hot, and you can really tell they care about quality. The service has always been friendly and attentive, which makes every visit enjoyable. Another thing I really appreciate is how clean and well-maintained the restaurant is every time I go. I came here for dinner but ended up experiencing what I can only describe as a masterclass in waiting tables. Our waiter TIM anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. At one point I think he read my mind. If TIM ever leaves this restaurant, the hospitality industry will never recover. TIM deserves a Nobel Prize in customer service. Drinks refilled at lightning speed, jokes on point, and not once did we have to awkwardly wave our arms in the air to get attention. Absolute legend.
