4/26/25 The first time I ate from here, I ordered lunch via DoorDash. My family and I decided to try dining in tonight, so the first real experience for us all. We were all very impressed! It was immaculately clean. The workers were all very helpful. Even though there are self-order kiosks, three different workers asked if we needed any help or would like to order at the register by the time we’d looked through the menu. The one we ordered with was helpful and knowledgeable and gave good suggestions.
Everyone loved their food. The sourdough toast was crispy and tasty. Everyone who got burgers enjoyed them, as did the salad and grilled cheese people. Crispy fries. Free jalapeños and other peppers by the drinks. If we went back up for something while eating, they gave it to us quickly and with a friendly demeanor. Even my husband had zero complaints!
12/22/23 I didn’t know what to expect as I’ve honestly heard mostly negative or neutral feedback from people who have been here since they opened, but WOW! My burger was absolutely huge and super tasty. The onion rings were super crispy. Definitely pleased!

This was our first time at The Habit Burger Grill, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly greeted at the entrance, our drinks were made and delivered promptly, and everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism.
The food was absolutely outstanding. From the burgers to the sides, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The fries and onion rings were perfectly crispy, and the sauces were on a level you would expect from a high end restaurant. The burger meat was seasoned and cooked flawlessly, and we know food, because we are chefs.
I did have a moment where I did not clearly communicate a few custom swap outs on my burger, and the order takers were nothing but kind and patient. What truly impressed me was that the restaurant manager, Deshawn, personally stepped in and insisted on remaking my burger exactly how I wanted it, even though I was already fine with what I had. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about this team’s standards.
Going above and beyond like that genuinely amazed me. The food was filling, the prices were unmatched, and the overall atmosphere was inviting, upbeat, and welcoming.
I highly recommend this location. 10 out of 10, we will absolutely be back!

Had never tried before but decided to go only because of a school fundraiser. The parking lot was packed but our food was ready when they said it would be and it was amazing. Got the sliders because I had never tried their burgers before. I’ll definitely get one next time. My kids loved their food too. Their fries and onion rings were flavorful, and most importantly, still crispy! Yum.

I must have driven by this place hundreds of times thinking that it’s just another burger joint, but I finally decided to try it and I’m glad that I did. The burgers/sandwiches are excellent and a step above what you’ll get at other fast food places (and can be easily customized as lettuce wraps), and the tempura green beans are a great substitute for french fries. My only complaint is that it seems odd you cannot order drive through pickup via the app (have to go in the store), which seems like an unnecessary inconvenience.

It was my first time here. I got the Charburger and my wife got the Patti melt. The Charburger meat had a good flavor but the patty was thin and the rest of the burger was plain. The Patti melt was definitely the better of the two. Very flavorful with the rye bread. A little messy to eat with all of the oil. I saw other items on the menu like Ahi tuna which looked interesting. Don’t expect this to be a fast food restaurant even though it looks like one. Our order took 5-10 minutes to cook and the restaurant was not busy. I don’t know how they handle the drive through.

We went through the drive thru…the guy taking our order was nice. We were a little shocked that a drive thru combo now costs 14 bucks, but we wanted to give it a try anyhow. We live less than 10 minutes away but by the time we got home, the fries were cold and tasted old. I tried reheating them in the air fryer, but they still had an old taste to them. There were no sauces with the kids meal, even though we asked for ranch and ketchup. The bread is way too toasted, and had a burnt, chewy taste/texture. The kids chicken was hard and mostly breading, hardly any chicken. My 3 yo couldn’t even chew it. Then, both of our burgers were raw. I was immediately turned off and couldn’t eat mine. My husband heated his in the microwave, but said it was awful. As for positives?? The dog enjoyed it, lol. I can’t imagine a world in which we would ever attempt to eat there again. Awful!

I’m sure the anticipation of The Habit opening made everyone a little impatient. A place just for burgers, about time! Upon entering the place was bus and clean which to be expected at opening. I’ve never ate here before so needed time to find something to try. I was SHOCKED when my bill was almost $17.00 for a meal but as you see the presentation was great! The menu confused a few customers and during my time there they put out their fair share of fires. The burger was amazingly delicious and service was decent. My #1 is currently still Barcelona Burger.
Tip: purchase the entree and share the sides. Probably won’t make it a “Habit” anytime soon.

Black woman just stared at me and didn’t say a word while I was standing at the front for about 5 minutes. Then when my order is ready she just slaps it down on a cart while im standing right there at the front. Didn’t even have the decency to hand it to me. And the order wasn’t even correct!! lol no wonder this place is always empty
