I ordered the eggrolls Jan 16 it is now Feb 10 and I have received nothing not even a courtesy email that I should
Look forward to a delay. I spent $80!! Of course I’m upset that the customer service is terrible and there is not a working number to reach! I am forced to call my bank just to get my money back. Even with a shipping label created jan 26 UPS cannot provide a delivery date because they haven’t received the order. I have emailed I have tried calling. It’s a sacrifice to support this business in this economy to only be disregarded but I bet the celebrities have no problem receiving theirs. Yall need to do better but I guarantee I will not support again unfortunately

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Terrible service! I ordered over $100 worth of their eggrolls and butter sauce 12/26/25! I paid for 3-5 day shipping which was $12.99 more. When nothing shipped by 1/5/26 I called, emailed, and messaged on IG and ZERO response. By 1/7/26 I filed to dispute the transaction. Still no response. My bank reached out to the merchant on the 14th of January and then they FINALLY created the label. I messaged them and said I did not want the eggrolls. I’m so disappointed in the terrible service and blatant disregard for a customer. If they would have just responded and said they were behind, I would have respected that and waited BUT to NEVER REPLY and only react after I dispute the order is giving GREEDY and poor hospitality. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! BOOOOO!!

Customer service was AMAZING! Candice is such a great person to greet customers and take orders! After coming here from leaving Angry Crab because it just wasn’t giving what we were looking for, we canceled our order there and headed here and sooooooo glad that was did. Next time in Atlanta we will surely come back to King Crabs. 1 boil was enough for 2 ppl.

This spot is it! We’re in town for a quick weekend trip, I’m originally from FL, so we know seafood. This was delicious! Great value for what you receive, and it was quick. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! Fyi…parking is behind the building, you do have to pay, but it’s worth it and there isn’t a whole lot of seating so we took our meals to go.
Lastly, if you like a lot of seasoning, you may have to ask for more. When we got back to the house, I added “Slap yo momma” seasoning to it because I personally needed more.

You won’t regret it!

Saw them on IG and decided to try the seafood eggrolls. When I ordered, the receipt printed to the back, not to me. I asked 3 times for my number/ receipt and never got one. The lady had an attitude because I didn’t know my number, even though I asked for it. Then she put the sauces in the bag and one spilled all in the bag. Got home and the eggrolls were burnt and soggy at the same time, extra greasy. The butter sauce tasted like they took the old grease out of the fryer and served it. The seafood inside had no flavor. And the inside was soggy from water pooling inside the roll from the seafood. I was unable to eat the whole thing and threw the other roll away, as the sauce made me nauseous from the old grease. All around horrible experience.

Louisiana Advice…..use more or better seafood boil, precook enough so you can let it sit and flavor, season the meat not the shells. Staff is beyond helpful! Dont necessarily like the to go only but it’s understandable. I really believe in the place though. Just have to work on flavor and heat level. Freshness is a major key in all dishes. Shrimp once peeled had no season at all. Should be able to smell seafood boil at the door and didn’t smell it at all

I’m giving 4 stars b/cuz I actually ended up eating most of my Self Love plate the next day & it was a whole lot better. Because of my hour drive I was no longer as hungry as when I drove out there. Luckily no line & only 15-20 min wait. Cashier was rude off rip, not to me but to the other patrons coming in. Self Love $38 NO eggs $5 addtl so $50 in total & there is a nice quantity of food. I was full quick them potatoes & corn were good, soft but still good. I didn’t care for the sauce right away, I guess after marinating overnight it was very tasty & delicious! I wasn’t coming back but after eating the next day I’ll return. Black businesses we gotta do better with customer service! We make your business.

Planned all weekend to make my first visit. Went on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. Stood in a short line. While placing my order for self love I was told there weren’t any lobster available until later that evening or tomorrow. I ordered the crab lover. I was also told no $4 drinks were available until tomorrow, only $10 drinks available. Lastly, I wanted a bottle of the butter sauce. You guessed it…also not available until tonight or tomorrow. Note to self never visit on a Sunday again. My order was disappointing. Only one crab cluster, two whole Idaho size potatoes, 2 small ears of corn and I had a beef sausage added. Everything in the bowl was swimming in runny butter and there was some brown sugar crunch seasoning sprinkled all over the food. Completely unexpected. My crab shells were super slick from all the sauce I could barely open them. I’m not sure if I will go back.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. Customer service and wait time was great! The food meh their famous butter sauce is tasty but served with mediocre seafood doesn’t do it justice, the shrimp and lobster was over cooked. The shrimp was mushy and the lobster was a bit on the tough side. It came with two huge white potatoes that had zero flavor and were over cooked mushy in some parts and crunchy undone in others parts. I wish they went with smaller red potatoes. The corn tasted like it came straight from the freezer. My advice go there buy the sauce and seasoning and make your own seafood boil. It’s still juicy crab for me! One more thing… the deviled eggs love bites are worth trying

I had the single lovers, self love, crab love, and seafood deviled eggs. The crab clusters are on the smaller side. 3 clusters would be more appropriate for the price if they remain that size. Everything is flavorful and I love the butter sauce. There is a hint of honey/sweetness that I enjoy and feel that it balances the dish. It separates their dishes from others. The 4 stars are warranted due to the size of the claws, and the deviled eggs being advertised as including shrimp, crab, and lobster meat. The two orders I received only had shrimp and they were delicious, just lacked the other 2 ingredients. I recommend this place and think it’s a treat.
