It was Awefull. Fried zucchini and onion rings were cooked in old oil, nasty taste. Had to send back the beef sandwich. Ribeye had allot of fat, very thin and no flavor. I would have been happier with a burger from In and Out. Service was slow as heck. Mashed potatoes were cold.

We ordered the ridiculously good fried zucchini for appetizer followed by sharing a Super stockyard steak with fries and a side of fried shrimp. The steak is shockingly better than some $100+ tomahawk steaks I’ve had at fancy restaurants in Vegas. This is a definite stop if you are traveling through Victorville. Definitely order the fried zucchini. It is the best I have had anywhere.

Steer n stein has been a family favorite for years !! We always stop on the way home to vegas and enjoy the fried zucchini which never disappoints! Our server was great by giving us all to-go cups for our strawberry lemonade to take on our way home ! Steak could have been a little more flavorful for a ribeye lol, but everything else was AMAZING.

The steak and mashed potatoes were delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. I wish I knew the name of the waitress because she was so personable and attentive on a very busy Saturday after Christmas. We were there for my husband’s birthday and exchange christmas presents, and she helped us accommodate all the packages. My moms birthday was coming up on New Year’s Eve The waitress brought birthday desserts for both of them without being asked. She was just so nice. It was busy so very loud- that’s why I put one less star for atmosphere. Im glad to see it busy.

The atmosphere was good, lots of antiques around made it enjoyable. The server was nice. Even though he got my order wrong he was still nice. The chili was delicious, a bit cold, it had a sweet onion flavor, would have loved it if it had more meat less beans. The fried zucchini spears was served hot, very delicious, it did have a lot of breading. The side Salad was very plain. And the steak and shrimp was good, cooked just right. The only real issue was most of the food was served cold and took a long time, and cost a lot. It was a good place to meet up with family and friends.

In town on business and drove past here twice. I had to try it for dinner. I got the pepper steak, vegetables and beef & barley soup. Everything was piping hot and delicious. Tender steak. Would recommend. Awesome staff as well.

We went this past week and the everything we asked for was cooked to perfection! Probably the only thing that matched the amazing food was our waitress. Though she was a bit on the older side her energy and attention to our table was like nothing we had ever experienced! She waited on us like a loving aunt and gave the restaurant a wonderful at-home experience! We can’t wait to see her again!

5 adults, 3 kids. We went there after the pre school Christmas program. Tuesday morning, around 11:30- 11:45. We were able to leave before the lunch rush. We sat at a booth with an extended table. Great to keep kids in one place. Roomy. Extended table w/ chairs for adults, roomy able to get up from the table if needed. Server, impeccable, A+++. Best Server ever. Very attentive. Food was great & well seasoned. Needed doggy bags. Great Time was had by all. Fast, friendly down home service. Very comfortable atmosphere. Clean, well stocked bathrooms. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent service from the waitress. Amanda you were a delight. Thank you for the great service. Food was top notch. I ordered the sirloin steak with ribs and my partner ordered the ribeye steak. For the appetizer we order the onion ring which were tasty.We loved the food and quite atmosphere. We will be coming back when we crave steaks again. Thank you.
