Trouble with the app and the manager was pissed at me and called me entitled. Ok thats wgatever i guess but then i was served undercooked beef that was still raw, pink, and uncooked. Hopefully not on purpose cuz she was mad at me. This was right now so whiever is the manager Wednesday Jan 14th at 2:30pm. Pretty crappy customer service being insulted then served uncooked beef also. Maybe fast food isnt your calling in life.

My food looked like slop thrown in the box and my fries were over cooked and to hard to eat. My burger was full of onions, when I asked for none and they even marked it as none. Seriously do better McDonald’s!

Had a great experience at the drive-thru! The line moved quickly, the staff was friendly and professional, and my order was 100% accurate. Food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it.
You can tell the team is working hard and staying organized, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s drive-thru experiences I’ve had. Keep up the great work!

They over salt the hell out of their fries… I also had a confrontation with one of their staff (who looked like he was in his sixties, which probably helps explain his nasty attitude. I would be mad at that age mopping up at a McDonald’s, too ). I had my pup with me, and he was drinking some water… Cleanly, I might add. This guy came around the corner, looking all frazzled, mop bucket in tow. “Hey! Take your dog outside!” I don’t respond well to being yelled at, particularly when it’s for no reason. There was no mess, nothing for him to be upset about. I told him I’m not his kid, and I won’t be taking anyone outside, excepting maybe the old man yelling at me… Yeah. Neither of us at our finest moment. I will say, all the other staff have always been very friendly, and they usually offer Orrie (my dog) a pup cup.
It wouldn’t be a tragedy if that building lost their salt shakers, though. Their fries are pretty close to uneatable.

The last few times we’ve been here, the orders have been a mess. Today, it took 25 min to get our order and this was what they considered a large fry? That’s some shrinkflation! Do better.

Ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes. Asked for extra butter and syrup as I always do. Never in my life had a problem with that request. The girl had an additude. Looked disgruntled from the start. She nodded ok. She hands me the bag. I go to drive off and notice she didn’t give the extras to me. So I backed up “no one was in line but me” and she looked like those types of girls that just walk around everyday pissed off. Well that was what I was greeted with. I ask so can I get the extra pk of syrup and more butter? They gave me 2 butter. She closes the window walks away. Then comes right back and says the Mgr says they don’t give out extra syrup.
So what if I was willing to buy it? Nope just no extra syrup. Weird Ive always been given it when Ive asked over the last 30 years. Either the girl is a liar or the Mgr is just as bad as her. With charging customers 4x the amount of what these items should be you’d expect an extra syrup wouldn’t be an issue.

Side note I hardly ever go to McDonald’s but every now and then I’ll go. This reminds me why I don’t patronize these places.

Spent over $60 in food and this is what I got looked like they dipped the whole box in rib sauce somebody was having more than a bad day did the best to clean it up but too upset to eat

Only giving one star to give this review. I went through the drive through and ordered a number 9 Meal with an apple pie when I got to eat the food it was the complete wrong order they gave me a hot and spicy and chicken nuggets no apple pie. When I called the staff member who answered the phone was rude and said that there is nothing they can do because I don’t have a receipt. So now I paid for food I didn’t get and I was really wanting the apple pie. Even got my drink wrong after the lady at the window stated it was the drink I ordered.

Every time I’ve gone to this location there’s always a long drive thru line staggered all over from the different entrances. However they have improved a lot as far as speed and accuracy. Quality could be better temperature wise but I’m happy to have better experiences than previously.

I had very friendly, helpful, and quick service and the food was very good. In addition. I misplaced my cell phone and Marisa, the manager and another worker went wayout of their way to help me locate it. I did finally find it and really appreciate how kind and helpful they were. Thank you so much.
