Food is great, management is horrible. I ordered food and had someone pick it up for me. The employees failed to make sure the complete order was there and failed to provide a receipt and yes the person that picked it up for me could have made sure everything was there but when you have someone else pick something up that’s all packed up in a closed bag i would not want them to open everything and make sure it’s there when it’s the employees job to make sure the order is complete. I called them letting the employee know that I didn’t receive my full order and asked for a refund for the 1 item that should’ve been included with my order from the start but was not. The employee was then rude and said “well idk what u want me to do about it” umm give me my money back ? I asked to speak to the manager and explained the same thing he then said per the owner there’s no refund which is absurd. He told me I can drive back there to go pick up the item. Why would I waste more time and money to go pick it up when they should’ve had it all prepared from the start. I then sent an email because I didn’t want to have to leave a review but they haven’t even acknowledged the email I sent. Apparently they think it’s ok to steal your money. Hopefully they can acknowledge this review and do the right thing… Be careful when u order from this place.

Ate lunch there yesterday (Valentine’s Day) with my wife and our little girls. Staff was extremely welcoming and patient, and made the kids feel right at home. Food was made at a very reasonable pace – and it was utterly amazing. We had the pork bulgogi, the sampler plate, and orange chicken with gyoza for the kids.

Going here is a must!

I haven’t ordered from here in a few months so I was really looking forward to getting my combination plate. Orange chicken was burnt and hard, I absolutely would not be serving this to customers. My chicken bulgogi was extremely dry. Only the fried rice, and Mac salad were good. I’m pretty disappointed with how the meat tasted. I will not be ordering here again.

Hey guys.. your food is super good! When you crack eggs, will you please make sure there aren’t any shells in the egg? It scared me. I thought I was eating balut for a second. The bulgogi is fresh and delicious!! The egg was super good too!

Thank you!

I ordered Chicken Bulgogi for takeout/delivery and was really disappointed. The chicken arrived very dry and completely lacking any sauce—Bulgogi is supposed to come with a flavorful soy-based marinade/sauce that’s integral to the dish, so this was basically just plain, overcooked chicken.

I called the restaurant to let them know, hoping for some understanding or a resolution. Instead, the response was dismissive—they said it’s ‘not the same as dine-in’ because different cooks handle it, and the sauce ‘might have been forgotten,’ but offered nothing to make it right. No refund, no remake, no discount—zero effort to fix the issue.

Food quality aside, the poor customer service sealed it for me. I won’t be ordering from here again and would caution others about takeout reliability for this dish.

The best Koba grill location, the portions are a bit bigger than the Sherwood or N Beaverton location. I made the mistake of visiting those locations once each and I ain’t going back. The menu seemed different there as well. Very friendly service by staff, I’ve been here dozens of times getting food for business meetings, etc. I like their beef/rice entrees

The food was excellent, we also got free egg flower soup which was delicious. We had 2 garlic chicken bowls with Mac and one chicken bulgogi with veggies. The ppl behind the counter were very friendly and patient as I talked back and forth with my 97 year old friend on what she wanted. This one goes on our win list. We’ll be back.

Great Korean food! A very generous portion! We ordered honey chicken and chili beef. Both were amazingly tasty and flavorful! The beef, however, was too spicy for me. Definitely perfect for those who loves spicy food!! Great service and clean place!

New place that has been open for about a month or so. Food is pretty good, but a little heavy on the sauce on the chosen meat…nice veggies with good flavor. Cubed pickled radishes were really good. They have white and black rice. I had both kinds, I found the black rice a little dryer then the white, but both good.
Small seating area, so if this place becomes really popular, you may have a hard time finding a seat.
I’d come back again to try some other menu items.

I prefer the other location for Koba Grill due to better customer service and a nicer atmosphere, but the quality is pretty consistent. You can get a lot of pretty decent food for a fairly cheap price, which is much appreciated in this day and age. Service is pretty fast and the interior is clean for casual dining. Nothing to complain about.
