By far the worst chick-fil ever! The salads are wet, wilted…every time! I came in and asked for a different salad. They brought out 2 others all the same. Any other Chick-fil-A has nice fresh green Romane lettuce, this place is all ice burg crap.

I come here usually after work, employee’s are always attentive and the food is great. An employee I’ve noticed from my visits, is Evelyn. She has an amazing attitude, she was able to help out my family members who don’t speak English. Evelyn is a fantastic, elite employee!

Went through Drive thru needing a senior coffee at 4:10pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Andy radioed to ask if any coffee was ready and it WAS! The coffee was still fresh. All details like half the cow were included (5 half and half creamers). Just great customer service and.consistent.product!

Powdersville is my favorite Chick-fil-A. I had a recent experience there. There was no one‘s fault but my own and the manager there Riley was extremely helpful and responsive and I really appreciate her. This is just one example of why I recommend Chick-fil-A and Powdersville to anybody and Everybody.

I have rarely been greeted at the entrance with such consideration. It seemed as though all the employees were happy to see me walk through the door.( Which was opened for me with a hello and a welcome as I entered? The service was quick and efficient and as always the food is hot and delicious.

Usually this location is okay. But the last 2 times I’ve ordered the large Mac-n-Cheese they’ve haven’t filled it all the way. If you’re going to charge almost $8 for a large, it better be to the top! Also fries being soggy! Do better!

I went through the drive thru on December 29th around 11:30. A boy Kadyn was in the drive thru taking orders and he told me to pull up and “she” would help me. I didn’t see anyone up ahead and before I could ask what he meant he was already taking the order for the car behind me. So I thought perhaps this person he was referring to would be over the speaker or at the place where they typically confirm your order. Nope. So I had to wait in line all the way to pickup just to drive back through the whole thing again. This time he took my order. He did not give the typical expected level of customer service that is at most Chick-fil-A’s. I go to this location multiple times a week because it is close to my work. I know they typically have better service and employees. I could not find a place on the app or website to bring this to the operator’s attention.

Not sure what the problem is, but please get it together. This many problems should not happen between 3:50-4:30 in the afternoon. Drive thru was a disaster. Was stuck behind a vehicle for 6-8 minutes even after me and the car behind had received our food. Got home, order wrong. I received Alex’s order. Sorry Alex, I guess your order was also screwed up. My wife had to drive back to get the order corrected. After the explanation, and being asked to step to the side, she waited and waited. Bags were sat somewhere to the side for pickup, but ZERO communication. After another few minutes, the original girl who helped her noticed she was still standing there. She reached for one of the bags that had been sitting for several minutes. NICE…food cold again. The worst part is that no one seemed bothered by any of this. Chick fil a used to be the exception, but I guess that is no longer the case.
