We really enjoyed our dinner at Cibo! All the staff were lovely, our waiter was wonderful and the food was delicious. There is plenty of seating and lots of availabilities for walk-ins outside their booked reservations and the prices are very fair for what you get. We got two appetizers, the Pesto Salad and Il Tagliere. The salad was light and flavorful and the Il Tagliere had so many interesting components on it. Highlight was the small stuffed pepper with cheese. There was only one on the board, but it was delicious! For the main entree we all got pizzas, the Vegetariana with pepperoni added on gluten free crust, the Capricciosa, and the Polpettine. We also ordered an aperol spritz and the Bellini. Delicious! The pizzas were the closest we’ve had to our experience in Italy. Would definitely come back again.

We were looking for an Italian place to eat for my daughter’s birthday and we found it! We were delighted with the food, the excellent service. They answered all our questions, eventually offering menu recommendations based on our preferences. It is definitely one of my favorite places now.

The Pizza Polpettine was insane. Ricotta stuffed crust is an idea and a half and it was so delicious. I mean look at this monstrosity. The service was great. The outdoor seating with Christmas lights wrapped abound the trees was lovely. Highly recommend checking this establishment out if you’re in Phoenix.
There was an hour long wait for a party of two on a Saturday night so definitely recommend reservations if you can!

This is my first time ever coming to this pizza establishment. My dad and I ate some lunch here, and the pizza and service was really good. The pizza was delicious and cooked nicely. Not to burnt, not to soggy, just the right kind. The atmosphere here was soothing to say the least, with jazz music playing, and decorations surrounding us. Overall, it was an amazing experience and i loved it!

All I can say is “wow!” By far the best pizza I’ve had in a while and perhaps the best dessert I’ve ever had! The pizza was the Pizza Polpettine with the ricotta filled crust and the dessert was the Coppa Mascarpone.

In Phoenix for business and stumbled on Cibo after a quick Google search. As a New Yorker, I fully admit I’m an Italian-food and pizza snob—so I wasn’t expecting much. But wow… this place thousands of miles from home absolutely nailed it.
Let’s start with the prosciutto. I have no clue where they source it—possibly straight from heaven—but it completely stole the show. The entire appetizer was fantastic, but that prosciutto? Unreal.
For dinner I went with the bolognese, and you can literally taste the hours of love and patience that went into that sauce. Perfectly balanced, rich, and exactly what you hope for when you order it.
Food, service, atmosphere—10 out of 10 across the board. Looks like I’ve found my go-to spot for the rest of the week.

Wonderful time at CIBO. We did make reservations for 6 of us and we’re celebrating a birthday. We sat outside. Although it was summer, it was in the evening and they had misters on so it was cool. The food was pretty good. We got a mix of pizzas and pastas to try. The Nutella crepe was great for dessert. I’d definitely come back for the pizza.

My family and I recently visited this restaurant excited to try a new Italian restaurant, and we found the atmosphere and service to be quite enjoyable. While the ambiance and overall aesthetic were certainly present, the food itself was just adequate. We particularly enjoyed the chef’s special pasta, the Conchiglioni Vodka, as it was truly delicious. The Margherita and Lil’ Peppa pizzas were also quite tasty, as I would expect since it’s pizza. Additionally, the Gnocchetti Sorrentina offered a commendable vegetarian pasta option. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the Pappardelle Bolognese, as it lacked a distinct flavor profile, with only a subtle hint of tomato. Despite its charming appeal. I believe this restaurant would make a good place for dates, I personally would not return primarily for the food though.

Great experience and great food. Appetizers were delicious, the garlic bread head a great crunch to it with perfect flavor. The entrees were just as good if not better. The rigatoni was outstanding, a little small on portion size was made up with the flavor. Atmosphere was sleek and the outside patio was a great night time dinner date. Highly recommend the rigatoni and the pizzas.
