Who doesn’t love Krispy Kreme? Service was great and so friendly from the moment I walked in the door! I orders a frozen vanilla latte with espresso, caramel and chocolate and the lady that took my order asked every right question about how I would like it made. Questions I had never thought of before. I was also going to other a half doz assorted and she explained it would be $15 and a doz is $19. Winner winner, chicken dinner!

Thank you to the staff here Krispy Kreme! We were out riding around in a daze because my dad just died, and we saw the sign for donuts The staff was so incredibly kind and generous. You are amazing!

Hasn’t been updated since I was a kid so the atmosphere isn’t the same, when you first go in and greeted with a smile and the smell of hot ready donuts . Felt like a place to go take a family, now feels like another corporate job. But the food still the same though just not as impactful as the early 2000s.

Love, love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I got a mixed dozen. The raspberry filled is a favorite, also the creme filled with chocolate icing. The glazed are always great. Light and delicious . The service was very good. Polite and patient with me as I decided what to get. I thought the price was reasonable for all I got. We really enjoyed them all.

Krispy Kreme is a favorite of mine. Came in and was immediately attended to. Took a min to figure out my order but Winston was all over it when I did. He was attentive and quick in filling my order which I really appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this Krispy Kreme location. Thank you!

I’m very disappointed. I’ve been the past two days and there hasn’t been barely any donuts. Was told to come back 3hrs later. How does a donut shop not have any donuts. Please do better.

This Krispy Kreme is genuinely the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. We went there and were told they were out of glazed and that they would have them in an hour. Upon our return they told us the same exact thing; that they didn’t have glazed and again to come back in an hour. I’ve been to several Krispy Kreme’s in my life and this by far takes the cake for the worst one.

I wish I didn’t have to give this location any stars. Every other KK we visit, it’s a pleasant experience, yet every single visit here, there’s some issue. The employees are either stone faced or just downright rude and they’re always out of every specialty donut, LITERALLY before noon, often by 8:30 am. And so many times I’ve checked the app, they’re even out of original. THEY CAN MAKE THEM! Why? How? I’m not exaggerating and if you don’t believe me, check the app or go by. You will see. To boot, they act like using your rewards is an issue for them on a personal level. Lady refused to scan for my one free donut after I had purchased 4 dozen online for pick up. Told me I had to use the app. Why is there an option for her to scan for my rewards if I have to use the app and how can I scan for it at every other location? I can’t tell you the last time I took the time to write a bad review, but when I tell you they have earned it, I’m not exaggerating. We drove 45 min, one way, the other night for an online order, only to arrive to them being closed HOURS early. No call, no email, and no explanation. Why is the app up if they closed early? They have the ability to turn orders off. So we get there and the only reason we know they’re closed is a handwritten sign on the door. Employees were still inside and we’ve prepaid for our order, so we’re standing at the door and they’re just ignoring us. They wouldn’t even make eye contact, more less give us any direction on how to get a refund! Finally emailed corporate (this isn’t the first time this happened) because I still can’t get them to answer the phone, even the next day, and what do they do? Nothing. A generic “we’re sorry” email that didn’t even include a coupon for our trouble. Plus, I yet to even been refunded for my order, 3 days later. They don’t care and I get why. Because we all keep showing up even when they act like this, but with all the one star reviews I’ve seen as of late, I know many of us are fed up. For my family, even as much as we love KK, this was the last straw. I’m tired of spending legit $40 dollars on 2 dozen donuts to be treated so terribly and not even be able to get my money back for a product we didn’t even get. If you have a choice, try local businesses, Duck Donuts or even Crumbl cookies bc Crumbl employees know how to treat customers and keep products in stock. The experience I had there tonight was a breath of fresh air and just reinforcement not to go back to KK.

I rarely post negative reviews. That said, to the owner or management, I am compelled to bring to your attention the behavior of a particular staff member who has likely been employed at your establishment for YEARS ON!!! Her demeanor suggests a general dissatisfaction with life, and her unprofessional conduct over the speaker was highly disappointing. Secondly, she seemed unfamiliar with the daily member rewards. What the world! I would like to emphasize that it should not be challenging to find COMPETANT individuals to work at your establishment. There are people out there that really want to work. Therefore, I am perplexed as to why you would tolerate such subpar service being provided to your customers??? As a proud reward member, I am extremely dissatisfied and expect a higher standard. Do BETTER!!! That’s all!

Krispy Kreme is a classic within Fayetteville. The doughnuts are great and the staff is extremely helpful. Kids love this location because you can watch the staff making doughnuts most of the day, and getting hot doughnuts straight off the line is so much fun. Whether you grew up in Fayetteville and remember coming here as a kid, or are just passing through, Krispy Kreme is a solid choice for breakfast.
