Everyone experience is different, however I will never order/ eat from this Papa John’s. My food was promised to be delivered within a 45min window. The food left the restaurant 20mins before he made it to my home. But the location was 7 mins away. The driver called when he was nearby to “confirm” my address, then sat outside to the very last delivery minute. So unprofessional. My pizza wasn’t hot. My wings were undercooked, Despite me asking for WELL DONE. The boneless wings were no sauced. I loved papa John’s when I worked for them on the past, Lol this location was a joke. Now, I know why I don’t eat quick food.

Shoutout to Jason and the Team working Monday evenings. I ordered on the app and the delivery was handled through DoorDash. Unfortunately the driver had taken part of my order for themselves, so I called the Store and had the pleasure of speaking with Jason. He was very apologetic and understanding. He immediately sent out the missing item and called me back just to confirm. A+ job everyone. Well done

This was my first time here, and it will be my last. When you step into the shop it is very small, and that is not a big deal. However there was a homeless man sleeping at one end of the counter and another man eating on the counter at the other end. This made it very cramped. My pizza was ready so I paid and got out of there. I got the “works” pizza and the crust wasn’t completely cooked. Very chewy a doughy. I cooked it in my own oven to get the crust less chewy. After that the pizza wasn’t good. Didn’t seem to have enough sauce. Don’t waste you time in this place.

I’ve lived in the area for 23 years and somehow never ordered take out pizza from papa johns. The staff is very friendly and the pizza is ready incredibly quickly. So far I’ve always seen 2 or 3 employees at a time which is something I value because I hate when companies short staff and stress out their employees.

I ordered on doordash and had to call in to ask if I could get my breadsticks lightly cooked. Not only did Dan find a way to achieve this , he was extremely friendly and determined. Then when I came to pick up, not only did Dan make sure the breadsticks were to my liking and let me see them to make sure, he did absolutely amazing and truly outdid himself! Thank you Dan!!

ROCK IN PIZZA!!! Horrible customer service from the MANAGER! Thanks for the room temperature rubber pizza, cold wings AND garlic knots! Placed our delivery order over 1 hour 20 minutes ago, and it’s been out for delivery for over 30 minutes. We live 5 minutes from this store, and the excuse was it’s a Friday, and it was a “large order.” Order clearly wasn’t a problem because it was out for delivery on time and took over 30 minutes to get here! There was no responsibility for poor service, and we were told, “we don’t get calls like this, most people have no problem with it.”
So if you like getting your food nearly two hours after you order and then the blame getting put on you as the customer, this is the place for you. We’ll be taking our business somewhere else. Honestly, worst experience ever.
UPDATE!!! FOUND A PIECE OF FREAKING ROCK EATING YOUR TOUGH PIZZA! CORPORATE WILL BE INVOLVED, YOU CRACKED MY TOOTH!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience ordering at this location. I tried to use the promo code online with no success. The manager went above and beyond to help, was friendly kind and my pizza was done prior to the ETA AND WAS delicious. We also had the garlic knots and they were so good…highly recommend this location

Always kind employees working. They never mess up my order and the pizzas are good. Particularly the epic stuffed crust, it’s fire! I love a simple pepperoni on the epic stuffed crust, hits every time. I love this papa John’s as well, the staff is great and they know how to make a good pizza for sure.
