Had food from here on vacation over the summer, and still think about the Pad Thai. Some of the best I’ve ever had – and we’re from the east coast with access to lots of thai places -this is still my favorite! We drove down to great sand dunes and had takeout from dinner, still some of the best food of the whole trip! Would recommend! Hope to come back sometime!

Got 3 entrees for pickup. Called 20-30 minutes ahead because other reviews said it can take a long time to get your order. It was ready to go when I got there. Food was great. Well executed. Felt like Thai you would get at a popular restaurant in a big city. Hope this food “shack” sticks around.

We went to The Distillery next door and sat and had a few cocktails. Ordered our food from the food truck and they gave us a pager. Didn’t take very long for our food to come. Very tasty my wife had tofu pad Thai which was delicious. I had the crispy spicy chicken which was just right and a side of rice. We were able to sit in The Distillery and eat there. The food truck is on a trailer and a converted shipping container.

Wow really good food here! We had the fried gyozas, spicy crispy chicken, and green curry with tofu. My daughter loved the gyozas and was impressed with how filled they were. The chicken was seriously delicious, the breading and the way they cook it makes it almost melt in your mouth! Not very spicy though. The green curry was also really flavorful and the veggies fresh and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!

This is now pretty easily the best Thai food in the valley (sorry Osake). The Pad Thai and Panang curry were both outstanding, and you get a GOOD amount of each for the price. Not just good for the area, but ACTUALLY good. It’s like a pound of Pad Thai, and it was a real struggle to eat it all in one sitting. The chicken Pad Thai also had pieces of perfectly cooked tofu, which was a very nice touch. I’d prefer the Panang curry to have more spice, but I didn’t ask so that’s really on me. I’m betting they would have spiced it up more if I had asked. The only bad thing I can say is that the location is kind of difficult. I like that it’s right on 50 and not downtown, but the truck is like 10 feet from the road, so it’s pretty loud and there’s no real parking. Hopefully they find a location, but in the meantime don’t let it stop you. This place is awesome and I couldn’t recommend it more.

The folks running this restaurant—a little Mom and Pop spot—are DELIGHTFUL! I was going to go with genuinely friendly and kind but delightful really captures what they’re giving.
Almost forgot, the food gets an A as well, the green curry and the Shrimp Fried rice are our family favorites.

The food was to die for. They use high quality ingredients and it shows. We brought our food to the distillery next door to eat and it was a perfect meal with a great atmosphere.
The chicken wings had an incredible sauce. Pad thai was SO good! My 4 year old loves the super crispy chicken.
Having been to Thailand numerous times, I can truly say this food was top notch and I can’t wait to come back!

Crispy chicken is absolutely delicious! Mildly spicy, the chewy thigh meat chicken is close to a sesame chicken but less sweet and without the sesame. Best asian I’ve had for years!

Quick, good Thai food! I got dinner here while on a road trip, and it really hit the spot. I got pineapple fried rice with tofu and it was great. The serving size is huge, and my order was ready quickly. It’s a food truck, but I got takeout, so that didn’t bother me.
