Went to get an icecream cake for my son’s birthday. They had a good selection to pick from, offered to write on it, and it turned out great! They have new owners and staff-and everyone who worked there was so friendly! I ordered cheese curds w/ ranch and they were cooked well and delicious!

Well, since the new owners took over I don’t know what the heck is going on there. What is up with the hokey window film that looks like trash? Are they trying to make it so we can’t see how they prep our food? Weird. Also, ordered a snickers blizzard – I believe it usually has a squirt of chocolate sauce in it and gets mixed. This was pretty much vanilla ice cream with smashed up snickers in it. They don’t even make things right anymore. I’ll wait for Burlington to open again.

This is the best DQ location! We have been here many times and always get the best service. The staff is friendly and speedy and it always clean inside. There is also a great selection of to go treats and ice cream cake in the freezer inside. Thank you for making this our choice for treats in the neighborhood!

Absolutely outstanding! Food was phenomenal and ice cream was delicious! Our daughter was throwing a bit of a tantrum and not wanting to order anything and the cashier noticed and gave her a free dilly bar which was so nice!! She ate it and now she loves dilly bars. Thank you!!!

Received extremely soft ice cream with little to no toppings, pictured is a Oreo mint Blizzard. Only the top 1/4 had mint flavoring and Oreo’s very disappointing.

Every time I go through the drive thru, they get the order right every time! The food is always cooked perfectly, and the chicken tenders are always perfectly crispy at this location. Also, the owner is super friendly. He says hi every time I go! This is the best drive thru in Waterford!

I was there walk in, when I enter to the store it was the cleanest store I have seen. The table and sit they all are best in cleaning. I order the large NY cheesecake blizzards and mini Frosted sugar cookie. The lady who took my order Nick was so amazing. She welcome me, took my order and served me with the smile. She prove that they make the best flippable blizzards. The taste was so delicious.

I ordered on the app 4 piece chicken tenders meal, food was barely warm and the chicken strips were small and not what I consider strips. They didn’t have unsweetened iced tea, so instead didn’t offer an option, just gave us a Dr Pepper. My husband’s tenders were equally as small but had so much sauce, I don’t even know if they were worth it. For the cost of going out, I could have saved the money and made my own and still had a better experience. Really sad to see what was such a great addition to the neighborhood has gone down in quality so much. Likely won’t be back would rather drive to Mukwonago for a better quality experience

Wow! Such Kind Workers that make up the team with the Owner! The food and treats were both excellent plus made to specs. The store is very clean! Wow! I have been part of another location for a couple years in the past. Therefore, I Am well aware of what all needs to be to run the store flawless! For only taking it over so recently they are all working at 150% to make sure the customers are very satisfied and taken Great care of!
