Great job you guys seriously. I ordered a catering order for roughly 12 people.
We placed an order that was a total of about 35$ give or take, and placed it for pickup. When we arrived at the location, not only was the order NOT ready for pickup, they didn’t even start it. I had also ordered my birthday gift of my shake, but when I didn’t receive it, the person told me that I would only get an ice cream, even though I verified with my Chick-fil-A app that I had claimed a shake not ice cream. The person was somewhat rude and dismissive and didn’t feel like they wanted to help. The order, not being ready had to be prepared and they told us to park in the pickup spots. The manager then came out and gave us a hard time and only 3 drinks in his hand. He gave us our drinks and then told us that was it. We had to tell him over and over that we didn’t receive any of our food. He had such bad customer service that we had to continually prove to him we had no food and have been waiting for over 30 minutes. At this point he even asked us to go back into the line and wait again. Being upset, we told that was unacceptable and he said he would bring the food out to us. After another 15 minutes of wait, they brought the food, but everything in the bag was still wrong, and if I hadn’t checked the bag in the parking lot, we would have left with less than what we paid for, and with bad customer service. We had to AGAIN provide proof of our order to finally get what we paid for, and all without saying that there wasn’t even an apology for the mistake, or even a traditional “my pleasure”. If I were to say that I was gonna order again from this location, definitely know that I’m probably starving, but aside from that, this has set a terrible precedent for all Chick-fil-A experiences. Definitely a “bad taste” in my mouth. And there wasn’t even any consolation as well.
